“Pésimo hotel, quiero denunciar públicamente al Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation, lugar donde estuve 8 días hospedada, y realizaron una retención de dinero por garantía de 50 dólares por día, la cual no han realizado la devolución hasta el día de hoy, ya a 3semanas, he enviado correos al encargado del lugar Sr . RAYMOND SEAD, el cual no me da respuesta alguna e ignorada mis correos, la cadena de hoteles Hyatt tampoco me da respuesta, por lo que también quiero indicar que es un pésimo hotel dentro de los de la cadena, me he alojado en otros y nunca tuve tan desagradable experiencia, desde la habitación donde el agua se filtraba del baño, luces malas, tarjeta de la habitación que se bloquea y no puedes acceder, por lo demás el aseo del lugar tampoco lo realizan y siendo un hotel de cadenas tan grande nadie habla español, solo ingles, por favor no aloje ene este lugar y tenga cuidado al momento de reservar.Terrible hotel, I want to publicly denounce the Hyatt Place Ft. “Hola, soy Mexicano y el personal de recepción se porto muy descortés, la habitación la encontré sucia del baño que es donde se puede apreciar mas (cabellos por todos lados en el baño), me hospede 2 noches por cuestiones de trabajo y no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación, no ponen agua en las habitaciones, definitivamente nunca me hospedare nuevamente en ese sitio, Hyatt en México es un hotel de calidad, limpieza y amabilidad con todo el personal que presta sus servicios en el lugar.”
