“Pros: Kind and helpful staff, spacious and quiet room, nice decor, fun Halloween decoration, well appointed bathroom, decent hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, hotcakes and variety of cereals, oatmeal and milk alternatives.Cons: No microwave in room unless youask (hello owner/operator—even Motel 6 has microwaves); soft mattress esp. v other Hyatt properties (I was forced to sleep on the sofa, which is much more comfortable), loud air conditioning unit, weak WiFi. Generally, get the sense that the owner is penny-pinching and thus degrading the Hyatt brand.”
