Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa making it one of the most popular hotels in Phoenix among our guests. The five-story J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge features 950 rooms with private balconies or patios views premium bedding seating areas and HDTVs. Some rooms also include balconies. “Beautiful place to stay! Rooms were modern, beds comfy, grounds well kept and fantastic service! There was an error with our booking that was made through a 3rd party. We had a late flight so arrived at the resort late and the front desk staff was so patient and helpful. She went out of the way and took care of things so we could get to our room and get some sleep. A++!”

“I normally don’t bother with reviews but we had such an amazing time I had to share. My boyfriend and I had the best time this weekend. The resort and our room was clean and at limited capacity with awesome views. The pool was so fun and the spa was as well. The number one thing that made this experience so great was the staff. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with a friendly face and people that went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Mike at the pool was so hospitable and checked on us so many times. I had a massage at the Revive spa and my therapist Jeff was so professional and made sure I was comfortable and felt good. I wish I could remember more names so I could shout them out but every bar, restaurant, and amenity we used had 5-star service. The food was superb and the drinks were as well, the front desk staff even let us have a late check out so we could enjoy the pool a little longer. I have lived in Arizona most of my life and take little staycation weekends at resorts often and this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping us relax! 💚”
