“This is one of the best hotels in Jakarta. The room is really clean and neat. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I stayed here during pandemic and using their promo so I got best hotel rate.
Some ammenities must be requested, for example Toothbrush.
Breakfast is really delicious, love it 😍”

“JW Marriott Jakarta is surely one of the best hotels in Jakarta. They provide good ambience to make sure that you have comfortable stay in the hotel. The staff was very helpful and they would always greet you. During this pandemic, they also provide some alcohol rub and other stuff for you to clean your hands. The room is clean and very comfortable but it's definitely smaller than the one in JW Marriott Surabaya. The view is pretty amazing though. The swimming pool is also a lot smaller that the one in Surabaya. Nonetheless, I had a great stay in this hotel and will definitely stay in this hotel again sometime in the future.”
