Esta é a minha segunda visita ao Marriot e estou ainda mais determinado a não escolher este hotel no futuro. Grande nome e 5 estrelas não vale o serviço. Os funcionários carecem de formação ou nunca foram avaliados, pelo que o serviço não está de acordo com as expectativas, muito abaixo dos hotéis de 4 estrelas, mesmo de 3 estrelas. Quando comparados com hotéis do mesmo nível localizados em Tunjungan que ainda estão sob a gestão da Marriot Bonvoy, a diferença é muito grande. Ficar dessa vez no saguão externo parecia sujo porque as folhas secas estavam espalhadas, a atmosfera no saguão estava lotada e meu quarto não era o esperado: a geladeira estava quebrada, não havia ferro no armário como de costume. O canal de TV desapareceu por horas e quando liguei para o serviço de hóspedes não houve desculpas, embora fosse apenas conversa fiada. O atendimento no restaurante não é melhor, eles oferecem chá e café, mas quando eu pedi drinks à base de ervas, o pessoal do restaurante só me mostrou o lugar sem oferecer take away. Qual é a diferença entre tomar chá / café e bebidas à base de ervas? No segundo dia, desci ao restaurante às 8h30 com fome, mas a equipe explicou que o restaurante estava cheio e foi aconselhado a voltar às 10h. Relutantemente, voltei para o meu quarto e me apoiei em uma tigela de popmie. Às 10 voltei e o restaurante estava realmente solto, mas em menos de meia hora o balconista veio até a mesa e disse que o restaurante fecharia às 10:30 sem mais delongas. Muitas vezes sou lembrado quando o café da manhã em um restaurante está quase fechando, mas a forma como é entregue é melhor, ao contrário do Marriot. Não é minha culpa que eu desci às 10 e estava morrendo de fome, eles não poderiam treinar melhor sua equipe? É um hotel 5 estrelas, mas o serviço não vale a pena. Apenas perseguir dinheiro sem melhorias no serviço e nas instalações.

Really sorry to write this review. Very old hotel.Was so surprising me when go into the bath room, there were some dirt in the bath tub. Bath room is very old not renovated yet. The fridge not work was so warm and bad smell. On the sofa chairs there is stain like blood. Hair dryer is very old .

Eu sou um motorista ojol que na época entregou um pacote para um funcionário em nome da seção imari da ria, depois que cheguei na minha localização, o segurança foi instruído a estacionar no local para ojol que caminhou até o local de estacionamento do funcionário aproximadamente 150 m quando cheguei lá encontrei o oficial de segurança e transmito à Sra. Ria Imari, o oficial é aconselhado a entrar em contato com o interessado, verifica-se que não há resposta por quase 1 hora embora de acordo com o procedimento de Gojek por 15 minutos não há resposta, o pedido pode ser cancelado porque me sinto responsável, vou esperar 1 hora, depois disso ainda sem resposta, enfim, meu remetente foi avisado para deixar para a segurança, mas descobriu-se que ele não queria aceitar porque a pessoa que recebeu o item não deixou recado porque tomei a iniciativa de devolver o pacote, mas quando cheguei na cerca da frente me pediram que voltasse para trás e devolvi o que tinha recebi a resposta, continua a mesma, estou muito decepcionado, descobri que meu trabalho como ojol está subestimado, embora a taxa que recebi só 12 mil tenho que esperar 1 hora e não consigo encontrar outro pedido sem clareza, por favor, vocês que trabalham no balcão ou têm cargos, respeitem-nos que trabalhamos na rua, afinal o nosso estado é o mesmo humanos, mas diferentes em grau e dignidade

Os quartos são muito limpos e confortáveis. Embora o interior seja um pouco antiquado, tudo é bem conservado. O café da manhã é o melhor! O gosto local e internacional é bom e completo. Mesmo ontem com muita ocupação, tudo ainda estava em ordem. Localização estratégica, fácil de ir a qualquer lugar ..A sala de reuniões é espaçosa, o som é bom, as configurações da sala são boas ... o staff está sempre à disposição sem ser procurado, ajustando rapidamente a aparelhagem e amigos durante o evento. Talvez haja 1 projetor que precise ser substituído. Obrigado pelo serviço. Eu sou um cliente muito feliz..

The hotel that is located in one of the prime area. Love the food, theirJapanese and Chinese restaurant serve best food. The swimming pool is one of the largest.The only thing that i don't like is their lobby as they allowing people smoking inside the building.

Lots of memories in this hotel. Haven't visited much since pandemic; tonight had family dinner in pavillion, sadly food quality seems to be less compared to the usual times. It could just be due to the unfavorable general situation. Will visit again in the near future. Still one of the better hotels in surabaya.

Teve uma estadia memorável. No entanto, o processo de check-in não foi o mais rápido e o lobby estava muito quente (provavelmente devido aos protocolos de saúde, o AC está desligado? Não tenho certeza.) Solicitei café da manhã no quarto, que veio na hora certa. Em geral, a cama era muito confortável e o quarto era limpo. Também gostaria de agradecer ao Sr. Andrian, a governanta executiva, pela pequena nota e também pelos biscoitos de cortesia durante minha estadia de 2 noites.

Had a memorable stay. However the check in process was not the quickest and the lobby was so hot (probably due to health protocols, AC is turned off? Not sure.) Requested in room breakfast which came on time. Overall the bed was very comfy and the room was clean. Also I would like to thank Mr. Andrian the executive housekeeper for the little note and also the complimentary cookies during my 2 nights stay.

Food, customer service, gym, pool, and the other facilities are all true to JW standards. Some of the staffs even remember my name after more than 1 year after my last visit, which was impressive.Tips: they make really good, strong cappucino that you can ask at breakfast

Nice hotel, the receptionist is quite nice and the servers did their best to bring our wishes to live. One of my friend worked there and I got to visit it by a chance. Nice place, good quality of service. I would love to see more variations and upgrade of the interior decoration. Definitely would visit again in the future, wish me luck!

I stayed for business purpose, as the meeting host, in pandemic situation. Very impressive. My foremost comment. The health protocol was implemented all the time. I saw staff courteously warned guests that didn't wear mask correctly (this really made me feel much safer). The room was nice, rightly spacious with complete amenities, and the thermostat was functioning well. The food was excellent. The breakfast had so many varieties, lunch and dinner boxes had delicious menu, room service menu was superb. A bit pricey, yet I would say it's worth the price. But the most impressive of all was the staff and service. The staff was very knowledgeable with their task, promptly on time, always ready on the spot and, of course, very friendly and courteous. They really took big chunks of my stress away. Thank you so much.

Great hospitality by the hotel staff. Bedroom still the same from my previous visit, about 3 years ago. I love the bed and pillow! So comfortable. Breakfast was great, but the restaurant staff looked overwhelmed with the covid protocol, they had to serve foods and drinks to all the customers personally. I saw not less than 4 guests that didn't wear mask when walking around the restaurant area and the staffs were too busy to remind them.

Overall very nice. Rooms are spacious and very affordable. We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite, with great views over the city. Given covid and reduced capacity the executive lounge was closed and instead at the lobby lounge. It gets a bit busy there in the evenings, and unfortunately quite smokey. The pool area is relaxing, green and nice. It would have been perfect if there was a bar, or at least a service to order drinks/snacks. Everyone is very friendly, and service overall was good. On one day the internet was very slow. Called to ask and was ensured the staff would check with the technician and call back. I also asked about spa services and the Platinum benefits, and after being on the phone waiting loop for 5 minutes I hung up. Never received a call back. No big deal, but I'd expect attention to detail at a 5 star property, and at least basic service such as calling back when you say you call back. Room is very comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel feels a bit old. I was very surprised the the valet parking was charged at a fee for hotel guests. Perhaps consider making that complementary, at the very least for Gold/Platinum members?
