Great staff and cleanliness. Really wonderful breakfast buffet with lots and lots of options. The pool is closed but the beach access is really nice to have. Room is clean and we had ocean view. The only thing is the view was a little awkward angle for ocean view but still a nice view. Recommend for anyone who is thinking of staying here!

Estou totalmente decepcionado com o padrão de limpeza, considerando que é um hotel 5 estrelas de primeira e os comentários são na sua maioria positivos, eu não podia acreditar no tipo de quarto que recebi. Havia sujeira em toda a mobília, também encontrei uma garrafa d'água usada dentro do armário da tv, um balão velho estava atrás da cortina, o chão não estava nem um pouco limpo, dava para sentir a sujeira andando descalço. Eu estava ansioso para esta estadia, mas se tornou uma experiência ruim para mim. Este não é o que se espera ao se hospedar em um hotel 5 estrelas.

I am totally disappointed by the standard of their cleanliness, considering it's a top 5 star hotel and the reviews are mostly positive I couldn't believe the kind of room I got. There was dirt all over the furniture, also found a used water bottle lying inside the tv cabinet, an old balloon was lying behind the curtain, the floor wasn't clean at all, I could feel the dirt when I walked barefoot. I was looking forward to this stay but it has turned into a bad experience for me. This is not one expects when staying at a 5 star hotel.

O hotel foi movimentado, café / buffet como esperado teve uma longa espera. A única outra opção era o seu lugar pan-asiático, a comida era incrível. Mas não era um autêntico chinês, como afirmava, tinha o sabor indiano. Mas gostamos muito do serviço, do ambiente e da comida, é claro. Vale a pena esperar e uma boa refeição para começar o ano novo / celebração do Diwali

The hotel was buzzing, coffee / buffet as expected had a long waiting. Only other option was their Pan Asian place,the food was awesome. But notauthentic Chinese as claimed, it had the Indian flavor to it. But enjoyed the service, ambience and the food of course. Worth the wait and a nice meal to start New year / Diwali celebration

JW Marriott is one of the best hotels in Mumbai. It is situated in JUHU BEACH . Excellent ambiance. One can enjoy the beauty of Sea from hotel room. Food quality is superb , wide and spacious dinning area. Hotel service is excellent and amicable. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.

One of the most majestic places to be in Juhu Mumbai. A great hotel with a great spread at the Sunday Buffet.. the cherry on top had to be the band performing and they sang a great selection of songs right for the age of retro to the very present.. it was a very enjoyable Brunch.

We stayed here for a short romantic getaway from the hustle & bustle of the very stressful Mumbai. (Bombay) It worked. The pool was very relaxing & fun. The sushi was awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. They had the best chocolate cake & Champaign ever in our room for our 20th anniversary. Would stay again for sure. View, Chinese food, sushi, pool, clean very comfy bed, tub, gated. Small room for price! Buffet had no American style food, not dog friendly at all.
