“El MEJOR lugar para quedarse si tienes un perro. Me he alojado en innumerables lugares diferentes con un perro a lo largo de los años y este hotel fue sin duda el mejor. Estuvimos allí por tres noches y este hotel hizo nuestras vacaciones. El servicio al cliente de todo el personal fue insuperable. ¡Nos esperaron mano y pata! Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos y como en casa. A veces, viajar o ir de vacaciones con un perro puede ser estresante, pero este hotel y York en general no podrían ser más amigables con los perros. Hay hermosos jardines y paseos en las inmediaciones del hotel que son perfectos para perros. La decoración de la habitación era un poco anticuada, pero encantadora, limpia y tranquila. La comida era realmente deliciosa y tenía una buena variedad. Gracias a todo el personal que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, ¡definitivamente volveremos pronto!”

“Nice hotel, with good location, but with many things to improve. Many areas need maintenance and cleaning. Personally I think that employees should wear a clean and tidy uniform, especially for a Mercure that is supposed to be from the top line of accorhotel bonito , con buena ubicacion , pero con muchas cosas que mejorar. muchas áreas necesitan mantenimiento y limpieza. en lo personal creo que los empleados deberían usar el uniforme limpio y ordenado, especialmente para un Mercure que se supone que es de la línea top de accorBom hotel, com boa localização, mas com muitas coisas para melhorar.
