Excelente hotel, recepcao e treinamento dos funcionários. Certamente voltaria com a família.

Hotel bem localizado e os funcionários são simpáticos. O café da manhã é bom. Quarto bom e limpo. Por ser verão o ar condicionado deveria funcionar. Reclamei várias vezes, reprogramaram e nada adiantou, era mais quente no quarto que lá fora. O restaurante fecha as 22 HS e se ser fome de madrugada tem que aguardar o café da manhã.

Bem próximo a ferroviaria. Praticamente só atravessar a avenida. O hotel é bom! O básico com conforto.

O hotel é bom mas nosso quarto precisa de manutenção. O box do chuveiro estava vazando e a tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada. Mas a localização é muito boa, o atendimento foi ótimo.

We came there on short notice as one-day layover on our way from Venice to Florence. I proposed to my girlfriend in Venice and as we mentioned it, they gave us an upgrade. Great service, great location, nice rooms. I would certainly recommend.

Hotel buenísimo.Al lado de la estación central y a 5-10 minutos del centro, dando un paseo que está lleno de tiendas. Volvería al mismo hotel. La único que fue un poco pesado el domingoen algún momento solo había en mostrador una persona para atender y había mucha cola para el cheking.Puedes dejar las maletas después del cheking. Todo super limpio y moderno. El hotel huele super bien, hay ambientadores en todas partes.Me encantó.

Como buen NH, los stándares de calidad son los que son. Ubicación excelente, a un paso de la estación de tren y a un paso de los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Personal amable y atento, habitación de tamaño y equipamiento correcto, con una de las camas más cómodas en las que hemos dormido. Bien insonorizado del exterior. El desayuno muy bueno y con gran variedad. Disponen de consigna para dejar las maletas.

Very nice and comfortable beds with a continental breakfast. The staff are polite and welcoming, and the facilities are new and clean. It's well positioned next to the central train station of Bologna, which makes it easy to stay in this hotel and have a day trip in nearby cities like Modena, Florence and others. We will not forget their kind gesture when they knew we are on our honeymoon. We had an enjoyable experience overall!

We had a great stay here. The room was bright, clean and spacious. They lost a star because we could tell the wooden floor was never swept as our feet were dirty from the bathroom to the bed. Would be nice to have a clean floor. On the day of leaving we had a few extra charges added to our bill. That the receptionist kept saying we ate breakfast everyday when we didn’t and they charged us for orange juice which we had bought in the supermarket. We ended up just paying because there was no point arguing & we had a flight to catch. Just be weary as they charge you for using stuff the hotel provides and stuff you buy elsewhere. Other then that we will stay here again.

Magnífico hotel en un sitio perfecto para tenerlo todo cerca en Bolonia.La estación de tren enfrente y un paseo precioso hasta el centro de la ciudad. La cama comodisima. Con los NH siempre aciertas.

Viajamos a Bolonia el 11 de febrero de 2022. No pudimos escoger MEJOR OPCIÓN. Éramos tres personas y la habitación para ser triple fue amplia y sobre todo MUY LIMPIA. Eran dos camas normales y una de matrimonio (no nos pusieron camas supletorias como en otros lugares). Almohadas y colchones muy cómodos. El baño estaba impoluto. La limpieza y el buen cuidado de las habitaciones es algo que nos sorprendió muy gratamente. El único "problema" es que no tiene Smart TV's pero el WIFI va muy bien. El hotel está a tres minutos andando de la estación de tren, solo hay que cruzar un edificio. Para llegar al hotel cogimos un Uber que nos costó unos 20€ y tardamos aproximadamente 15 minutos (llegamos a las 9:00h) pero desde la estación hay tren directo al aeropuerto que tarda unos 5 minutos (lo cogimos a la vuelta y los billetes nos costaron sobre 10€).Al centro llegas perfectamente andando, incluso para aquellas personas que tengan problemas de movilidad no se haría largo el paseo, unos 10 minutos. Lo recomiendo mucho por su ubicacióny por su buen acceso sobre todo si como nosotros se viaja a varias ciudades porque no hay que estar un buen rato cargando con las maletas. Teníamos contratado también el desayuno y había una amplia variedad de productos que estaban muy bien de calidad. Le daría un 8/10 solo porque los zumos no eran naturales y la comida no estaba muy caliente, aunque sí templada. Aun así, todo estaba buenísimo. El último día también nos guardaron las maletas desde las 7:30h a las 19:00h sin ningún problema.En mi nombre y en el de mis acompañantes queremos darle las GRACIAS a las chicas que nos atendieron tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, en especial a Silvia María por su brillante atención a la llegada. La Ley Italiana respecto al Certificado Covid acababa de cambiar y fueron súper amables explicándonos cómo poder solucionarlo dedicándonos mucho de su tiempo simplemente para hacernos más confortable el viaje porque ya habíamos pagado la habitación antes de volar a Italia y no hubiesen perdido nada económicamente. Silvia hablaba y entendía muy bien el español y gracias a su ayuda y a la de sus compañeras pudimos disfrutar de 4 días en el país sin problemas. En resumen, todos los servicios nos parecieron de muy alta calidad, la ubicación inmejorable para nuestro planning y la atención de los trabajadores del hotel de las mejores que hemos recibido.

Good value for a good location. Was a short walk to many locations and restaurants. Many reviews mention upgraded rooms... mine was upgraded, so reflective of pictures. Service was excellent. Helped call me cab at 4:00 AM. Much appreciated!

A fair 4* hotel with amazing location. Beware that the rooms advertised are refurbished, we were unlucky and got a slightly outdated version. But the room smelled nice and was really clean. When we confronted the reception, they offer complimentary breakfast as an apology which made our stay a lot more pleasant. The breakfast is amazing and the selection is quite large. We had a early flight, so the hotel provided us with breakfast to go. The staff was simply helpful and polite. If you are condescending staying here, definitely do so.

el peor hotel, tuve un inconveniente con mi vuelo, la aerolinea me cancelo el vuelo y por ende tuve que cancelar la reserva y no me devolvieron mi dinero, cuando ni siquiera es que no voy porque no quiera sino por algo que me excede a mi, no me dieron ni la opcion de cambiar de fecha - NO LO RECOMIENDO, 0 EMPATIA POR EL CLIENTE

No pudimos ir por un problema con el vuelo y si bien no conocimos el hotel, la calificación es porque nos han denegado el reembolso o el cambio de fechas, si bien ha sido error nuestro en no fijarnos que pasado un determinado plazo no era reembolsable, aún así creo que la actitud del hotel de ni siquiera considerar un cambio de fechas, merece poner una estrella y saber que cuando volvamos a bologna buscaremos otro sitio

This opinion might be bias because we were the lucky guests that got upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The staff was extremely nice and, of course, the same as the spacious room. Important to highlight the big balcony that offers a good view of the plaza just next to the hotel. Check in and check out without went smoothly without any issues.

We are 50% satisfied from this hotel. The good staff are: the location, the reception if the hotel, the size of the rooms and that it was clean. The negatives are: the variety at the breakfast (most of them where sweets), the extremely slow Internet (you have to pay 10 euro per day for better.. in 2022!!), the design of the room although it's renovated its really old looking, and finally they don't have any simple drags like paracetamol for baby's and they are not able to supply you with those. Anyway, 3 out of 5 its a representative review considering that the room costs more than 300 euro per day.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and efficient staff. We didn't have the breakfast, but we used the coffee machine in the breakfast room each morning (there was no coffee maker in our room unfortunately). Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Great location very close to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the historic center. We took the train to nearby cities like Ravenna and Modena, and this hotel was perfect. We stayed 7 nights.

Reservamos doble superior pero era.muy pequeña. No hay servicio aeropuerto ni cafetera en la habitación a pesar deindicarlo. Necesitaría una buen reforma y quitar la moqueta de los pasillos. Desayuno justito y siempre lo mismo

Hotel bem situado, mesmo em frente à estação de comboio. Chegamos mais cedo e deixaram entrar fazer logo check in. Quarto grande e com muita Luz. Atendimento 5 estrelas. Recomendo este hotel.

Love this hotel and the location. 5 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10 mins walk from the City Center. Also love the breakfast in the hotel. More importantly, it is safe to walk around town...
