Muito bom, as pessoas bastante atenciosas.

Não gostei, o tratamento,o atendimento, foi muito ruim próximo do péssimo.

Excelente opção no desembarque dos Navios Costa. É só atravessar a rua!!!

Excelentes habitaciones. Buena atención. Ubicación excelente, a unos pasos de la terminal de pasajeros de cruceros así que no tienes necesidad de tomar ningún transporte si vas a embarcar un crucero. El quito 1 estrella porque el hotel no tiene restaurant pero hay verios restaurantes muy cerca, 1 o 2 minutos a pie

Whilst the check in staff were helpful I now have an air conditioning unit as loud as a jumbo jet going in my room making it impossible to sleep and the WiFi is like something out of the late 1990s it’s so slow

A great location. Our suite was very large and with a large terrace/enclosed balcony. We had a partial view of the sea. Very quiet, we didn't hear anything. Staff was mostly friendly, parking was easy once we got directions from the front desk on how to park. Breakfast was good, with a good selection, including local favorites. One negative, a man entered the suite when my wife was alone, after only knocking once and then using a pass key to enter. One positive, the hotel is right in the middle of the waterfront and their are restaurants all around. Many wonderful, serving fantastic food. Definitely a foodies choice pick. Easy to get to everything you want to see. If you go across the waterfront, you are in the old town. If you go towards the fort there is a large park and promenade.

Este hotel que tinha tudo para ser digno das 4 estrelas que exibe. Começa por perder quando não tem lugar no parque de estacionamento do hotel. Depois quando chegamos ao elevador não existe nenhuma informação com o andar onde se encontram os quartos. Chegando ao quarto.... Aparentemente até está tudo bem até que se depara que afinal está numa prisão! Isto porque as janelas existentes não têm qualquer abertura. O ar existente é artificial.... Como é possível??? O País Ainda a recuperar deste vírus que dizimou muitos, onde arejar é imperativo principalmente na higienização de um quarto.... Para mim foi horrível este aspecto. É verdade que mudaria de hotel mas o pagamento já estava efetuado e posso dizer que não foi barato por noite!Depois para tentar acalmar fomos tomar banho e nos deparamos com coisas que só visto. Á vista de qualquer um. As fotos embaixo revelam bem a falta de higiene. O respiro todo sujo com bolor . O copo para beber todo sujo... E sinceramente tentei nem ver mais senão não ia conseguir descansar... Para mim é um hotel que não merece as estrelas que têm... Nós não voltamos...

Hotel moderno y funcional con un buen servicio, com es habitual en la marca. Ideal si se va a embarcar en un crucero o para hacer un alto en el camino.

very friendly staff, nice welcome, great room, comfy bed, tv comes with many channels. Hotel is surrounded by awesome italian restaurants, one japonese. Paradise for 'foodies'. Walking distance to Cruise terminal makes it perfect💪👏.

The hotel is very modern and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are a few design flaws that makes the room not ideal. Problem number one the bathroom glass door slams against the toilet bowl when you open it making it very dangerous. The chair in the bedroom is way too big making it difficult to move between the bed snd the desk. The sink is designed not to be filled so there is an incredible waste of water when shaving. Breakfast is very good well presented snd fresh.

Great hotel in Savona. It's located in the port and has beautiful views and atmosphere. With a range of local restaurants are right outside. The hotel is very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. It will be my go-to stay in Savona.

Buen hotel en la zona vieja de Savona. Habitaciones muy esoeciosas y acogedoras, cama cómoda, baño enorme. Medidas anticovid, distancia social. Organizan el desayuno en franjas horarias para que no coincida mucha gente.

Well situated close to the port and many restaurants. Good breakfast and very quiet room.

Check-in procedure was a bit awkward.Room small, smart and very clean. Staff was very polite and accommodating.I still get mail advertising even though I don't want it.

Our stay at NH Hotel was very smooth and comfortable from the beginning to the end. First, we were welcomed by attentive and competent staff at the front desk. In general, the hotel personnel gave us the strong impression of paying attention to every detail to make our stay perfect.The room was spotless, quiet and spacious, with a large bed - somewhere in between a queen and a king size - a beautiful bathroom, a nice spacious balcony facing the sea and sleek and elegant modern furniture. Our room had a beautiful view of the Savona port. The mattress was firm and comfortable, the nightstands had mini-lamps allowing any of us to have light at night without waking up the partner, the desk had a coffeemaker and a few branded coffee pods, a couple of glasses, a complimentary bottle of water, and detailed information about Savona and the beautiful beach of Bergeggi where the hotel guests have special pricing (we spent a day there, it was marvelous, they gave us a first row spot and a 20% discount). The bathroom had a very generous size, an etched glass door and many nice touches like a fancy showerhead with rotating waterjets and an extra mirror for makeup.The breakfast offered sweet and savory options, all of them looked very inviting. We had their yummy homemade cakes, focaccia and brioches, but fresh fruit and more pastries were available. They had 2 or 3 fresh juice options and offered lavazza coffee; we had two great cappuccinos (a regular one and a barkley one). Due to covid the access to the buffet was restricted and their staff kindly helped the guests with their choices. They also sanitized everything after each guest left the table.As an added bonus, there are many cute restaurants and bars which are just a couple of blocks away from the hotel, and are especially lively in the afternoon/evening.Overall, this was our best hotel experience in the last few years and we look forward to be back there next year.

Mejor : ubicación en la parte moderna de Savona, a escasos metros del puerto deportivo con muy buen ambiente. Parking público al lado con muy buena tarifa. Desayuno correcto y muy bien organizado. Insonorización de las habitaciones perfecta. Cama muy cómoda. Frigorifico con espacio y silencioso. Personal muy atento y profesional. A mejorar : limpieza en la habitación (algo de polvo). Pintura en la habitación se podría rehacer. Habitación muy sencilla, poca variedad de productos de baño. Precio algo elevado.

Enclavado en una zona del puerto, buenas instalaciones y personal muy atento. A su alrededor hay bastantes bares y terrazas. Es un hotel relativamente nuevo, la habitación era espaciosa y la decoración acorde a los tiempos

La habitación cómoda.Mucho problema con el estacionamiento.Me dieron uno después del primer día que me duró dos porque lo ocuparon y el hotel no reclamó. El desayuno normal. Otros NH son superiores

Lindo hotel en el área portuaria de Savona, zona de paseos con bares y restaurantes, ideal para pasajeros cruceristas que desean alojarse a metros del embarque de los cruceros. El servicio es bueno, personal atento y profesional, la variedad de jugos artesanales en el desayuno muy recomendable

hotel situado en un punto estratégico de la ciudad. Edificio moderno donde prima el cristal. Habitaciones funcionales pero agradables. Ubicación prácticamente sin tráfico rodado. La restauración, no demasiado sofisticada pero digna. Falta una carta de vinos. El servicio justo.

The location is good, if you are doing the cruise ship thing. Other than the issues with the floor and the mould in the shower the room was fairly good and comfortable. Breakfast was OK - not the best NH and not the worst. There were no previous directions to the underground parking. This was supposed to be a "Superior room". Definitely not NH standards.

We stayed for 2 days for a visit of the town. Hotel is near the city, great location. Quality of hotel is at it's finest. But the feeling we got in our junior suite, lights has been shut down...
