Hotel com bons pequenos almoços, quartos, corredores e hall de entrada agradaveis

El hotel sería muy bonito, sin embargo ha bajado mucho la calidad desde el pasado. Hay cierto descontrol por parte de la gerencia, especialmente por la calidad del servicio. Los empleados, de la recepción al restaurante, tienen esa actitud muy fria de distancia que te hace sentir más en un comedor que en un restaurante. En un dormitorio más que en un hotel. La desordenada abundancia del bufet (que se refleja en abundancia de algo y falta constante de otro) es la clara demostración de un servicio corriente y superficial. No son respetadas las mínimas reglas de distancia por el COVID, y eso nos pareció una falta de seguridad impresionante. Tampoco se respetan las normas higienicas ya que las empleadas del bufet no llevan guantes y con las mismas manos que sacan las vajillas sucias y los vasos usados, reponen las "limpias". Hay un descontrol total también en la etiqueta de los huéspedes: niños que corren por el restaurante, huéspedes ruidosos, colas aburridas esperando a que repongan las bandejas, chavales estirados en las sillas llevando gorras hasta los ojos... Creo que estos hoteles tan grandes estén perdiendo totalmente su clase y su encanto, convirtiéndose en enormes dormitorios que hay que llenar para alcanzar un budget. Por mi próxima estancia en Aranjuez, un pueblo tan bonito y acogedor, seguramente buscaré un alojamiento más de clase y con un servicio adecuado.

La habitación muy bien, cena y desayuno muy ricos y abundantes. El spa también fenomenal y el chico que nos atendió muy amable y pendiente de todo. Sin duda alguna,volveremos.

Buen hotel, algo alejado del centro de Aranjuez pero con grandes servicios. El desayuno estaba muy rico y la habitación era muy cómoda. Debido al covid no había ni cepillos de dientes, ni Jaboncitos en el baño, algo que se suele agradecer bastante. En general bastante bien el hotel

Un gran hotel. Teniamos reserva para 2 noches pero dado que el dia siguiente Aranjuez quedaba confinado hemos tenido que salir despues de la primera noche. La habitacion muy grande, limpia y con todo lo necesario. La cama enorme. No hemos podido probar el spa y loa otros servicios disponibles pero... volveremos seguro.

Hotel muy amplio, mucha higiene tanto en el hotel, como en el spa y en la habitación.Cama muy cómoda y amplia, lo único que el sofá es algo incómodo.Por último, el spa está muy bien, pero creo que había quizá exceso de aforo, para la situación en la que estamos.Por lo general, hotel y ubicación recomendada, y trato del personal muy adecuado y agradable.Posdata: Espero repetir pronto.

Excelente hotel, limpio, cuidado. Habitaciones fabulosas, cama enorme y cómoda. Baño con bañera y ducha y lavabo separado. Buen buffet, rico y variado. Personal muy amable.

Buen hotel, con un personal muy agradable, gran Spa y desayuno. Lo única pega es que necesita una pequeña reforma en las habitaciones. Se ve un poco antiguo.

The hotel SPA is very nice and so is the breakfast, and for this I gave it 4 stars. The bed is super comfy and the staff very efficient and friendly. The only thing is the reception hall that is pretty basic and not too welcoming when you enter the premises for the first time.

One day trip with the other half, was the perfect place to stay and the staff were very accommodating and kind , try the spa, it's a great experience

Went to occidental asa project from my college for 3 days! Loved the ppace and their breakfast and lunch was amazing!

Excellent customer service at the reception. I asked a lot of questions to the reception staff but they were always very helpful. Very comfortable size and clean bed and the area is quite so easy to sleep. Nice Spa and gym facilities. The only reason I rated one star off waa because the Spa and gym close at 9pm and there is no kettle for boiling water in the room.

I have a little mixed feelings regarding the hotel. There are some advantages and disadvantages. The room was really nice, big with large windows (but without the balcony), bed was large and comfortable. There was TV set, small fridge (empty with price list of products you probably can get in the bar?), safe box, iron with board and hair dryer. In the bathroom there was separate shower and bath. On the other hand there was no welcome package which you can sometimes get in 4 stars hotel, not even a small bottle of still water for free. No disposable slippers, no bath gowns. There were 5 smaller and bigger lamps but only 1 usable socket to plug-in the charger for your computer or mobile (but not both at the same time).

Quartos bastante bons, piscina, paddle... mas necessário carro... longe de tudo!!

Nice rooms, no problem with parking. Breakfast offer could include fishes. I would also appreciate if indoor pool would be open more than until 17:30.
