“Muitos hospedes pela estrutura, principalmente nos restaurantes, em todos os locais há fila. Os quartos com diversos problemas, principalmente a ausência de água quente em grande parte do hotel, além das portas que sempre dão problema.”

“The resort was stunning ALTHOUGH the service was terrible. The workers singled out my friends and I once they realized we weren't fluent in Spanish. we would try to order things but it took forever, meanwhile if a Spanish speaking person came up to order something they received it IMMEDIATELY. a lot of the workers were inappropriate as they fetishized and harassed my friends and I throughout the entire trip. In all the appearance of the hotel is 9/10, the rooms are a 7/10 (a lot of things in them were broken & they gave us a different room then what we asked/paid for), the food was horrible so 4/10, and the service was a 3/10. I hope and pray this helps someone!”
