I loved the location---near Boulder City with a view of Lake Mead. It's an older hotel, but the rooms are in good condition and the amenities are nice. There was a large flat screen television, mini fridge and coffeemaker in our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, but I was looking forward to waffles and they didn't have them. They did have microwavable frozen breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches and other things that we enjoyed. (bananas, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal in packets, and many beverage choices) We had noisy neighbors the first night, but luckily had brought ear plugs. The only thing I really didn't like was the beds and pillows. It felt like the pillows had chunks of foam in them, the box springs were creaky, and mattress itself sagged badly in the center. I would stay there again, but I would definitely bring my own pillows. In conclusion, I think it is a great place for budget-minded travelers, especially if you have kids. We weren't able to try the pool and hot tub because of the time of year we traveled. There are many trails in the area and I would recommend the Historic Railroad Trail. Wow I was so impressed with this place. Kind and friendly staff was very accommodating when I arrived at nearly 11 pm. BED WAS SOOOO COMFORTABLE. Floofy pillows of every desired density, soft sheets. Beautiful, quiet room with a nice view out of the sliding glass door and HBO on the tv! So great. Will def be coming back.

The mattress is really uncomfortable to sleep on, I got like three hours asleep. The staff was extremely friendly. However, the breakfast in the morning was about average or expected. He has been nice.

First, you get what you pay for. In this case, pay a little more and get a better place to stay. The room is large, the pool area, although very small, is nice and clean. But the room leaves a lot to be desired. The bed feels like a bag of springs. No way it's newer than 15 years. The shower doesn't work. Zero pressure, has 2 settings, cold and scalding, nothing in between, and the shower won't even turn off completely so you could take a bath. They might as well not advertise a breakfast of any kind for what it is. Now the location is great if you are here to see Hoover dam. The staff was nice. But do yourself a favor and spend $30 more and get a place that has updated the accommodations during this century. Won't be coming back.

This quality inn Iis definitely missing the quality in it. We arrived after midnight. When we arrived in our room the a/c was off and the room felt like a sauna. It was over 100 degrees in the room. We turn on the a/c and opened the doors to help cool down the room. An hour later the room was still hot. We called the from desk and all they said we are sorry. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor next to the a/c in order to get some sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Find a different hotel.

Doesn’t inspire from the exterior on arrival , but our welcome was warm and very efficient. The room was dated but clean with a fridge and microwave and coffee machine and an old tv. It was spotless...

This hotel is ideal for short stay. Very clean room, extremely friendly staff. They offer free continental breakfast. Hotel location is very close to Hoover dam. Even Vegas Strip is only 22miles away.
