It was terrible. I would give this place a 0 if I could but the front desk clerk was nice. The bedding, room was dirty. There were 2 towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. We brought our own blankets in to sleep on top of and to cover up with. My cat wouldn't even sleep. She sat on the end of the bed and stared at the door the few hours my daughter and I slept. I would not recommend a room here to my worst enemy.

11/14/22 No hot water! Slightly warm at best. Maintenance came and told me it's warm enough to bath, for him. I said not for me, it 30* outside this morning. No credits or refund. We don't do that sir, very sorry, he said. Wait a while it will come back. Told him do not have time to wait for hot water, need to go to work. Guess I don't get a shower today.

I would rate a zero if I could. We only stayed for one night for a concert but this place had that bad of an impression. You can tell they tried to renovate to make it look better but it's all done cheaply. The ceiling was falling off and had cracks in it, there was no lighting other than one overhead light by the door and a lamp, shower and tub had residue all over it with a rusty faucet and no tub stopper, sink area was fine minus the minus the missing stopper in the sink, the toilet was so low that my 5'3" self had my knees to my chest. The floor was scuff and stained, the beds were hard as rocks and there was hair as soon as we walked in, they give you two little throw pillows on the bed, the door had to be pushed hard to be shut all the way (we found out because when we left our room and came back the door was cracked open), the hallway and stairway are dimly light, it reeked out smoke in our non smoking room. The front desk was cold and dismissive the entire encounter, if you are the unlucky person to get a first floor stay your door is facing the parking lot with no extra key entry hallway. The breakfast area is a separate place, the vending area is only in the office. Parking is free so there's a bonus. When you check in they ask for a $100 deposit which isn't stated anywhere and they give it back after 5-7 business days of check out which I doubt I'll get it. I wanted to turn around and leave before we even checked in and I should've listened to my gut. I know the price may be good but BOOK ELSEWHERE. Definitely worth it to pay more and go anywhere but here. This place is straight out of a horror movie.

Overall great experience! From when I first entered the lobby area, it smelled and looked very clean. They had a sign in the window,basking to wear masks in the lobby, which is fine. I did appreciate seeing the staff adhering to the same policy. The room was clean, had absolutely zero issues with anything.
