“We took two rooms
It’s spacious and comfortable
Staff are friendly
What I did not like is the cleanliness of the room, they need more attention to carpet cleaning
Unfortunately I had the seat in bathroom stained , it is disgusting and should be replaced since the stain can’t be removed
Windows also is not clean
I reserved a water front view and did not get it
The lady at front desk who checked us in, asked for my credit card and did not ask me and immediately charged the full amount, they usually ask and do block the amount first and charge at the check out time, I wanted to use a different card actually
The lobby is closed and under construction
There is no valet parking
The spa was good and well equipped
The swimming pool is nice
Breakfast was also good and delicious”
