Loved every inch of this hotel. The rooms are wonderful, beautifully decorated, their app works amazing for all services you need, food is wonderful and breakfast is probably one of the best you ever had- super fresh, local and organic. The only “issue” we had was that kids and adults used the same pool which could get a little busy and noisy.

Não tão.Belo cenário, decoração etc, isso é um dado.À chegada, nenhuma saudação além de ter uma reserva e são € 15 para estacionamento.Fizemos nosso próprio caminho pelo hotel, tendo sido informados de que as partes do hotel eram apenas para festas particulares.Copos de plástico para bebidas de € 80 para assistir ao pôr do sol. O jantar parecia bom no menu, mas o tema é tomate tomate tomate. Cada prato servido com ou em um tomate. Esperei bem mais de uma hora para uma entrada chegar, depois que as outras chegaram antes.Repetindo pedindo mais água, Sal pimenta etc que aliás nunca chegou.O cordeiro nos disseram que era um prato de compartilhamento, boa sorte lá, a menos que você tenha sido desnutrido antes.Taça saborosa de macarrão, mas menos do que meu filho comeu ontem à noite em outro restaurante.Na saída pediu repetidamente € 15 para o estacionamento novamente, 15 minutos de espera pelo carro e o insulto final foi pedir uma última vez para pagar o estacionamento.Este não é um serviço 5 *, quando falamos com o gerente de plantão, a resposta foi que seria levantada internamente. Interessado em ver se há alguma resposta de volta, pois uma noite que deveria ter sido um destaque de férias foi patética para 2 pratos, garrafa de vinho e uma conta de mais de € 500 pelo 'prazer'. Parecia o primeiro dia de um novo hotel tentando ser 5 *, não uma marca global estabelecida que está aberta há mais de um ano em Ibiza.Considerações finais, cada prato parecia ter o mesmo molho de tomate vermelho. Quando perguntado no final se queríamos uma foto completa, a única coisa que me veio à mente foi gaspatcho

Um hotel muito agradável com muito ambiente e foco nos detalhes. Estivemos lá logo após a abertura, o que foi perceptível no staff, que ainda não estava tão bem sintonizado. No entanto, todos fizeram um grande esforço para atender às altas expectativas dos convidados. Também gostei muito do foco em produtos locais e sustentabilidade.

Muito bom hotel em uma localização deslumbrante! Linda piscina infinita de onde você pode admirar o pôr do sol mais bonito de Ibiza! Mar incrivelmente lindo! No entanto, para quem quer relaxar na piscina torna-se um problema porque, pelo menos em agosto, há muitas famílias com crianças pequenas que, como é normal, fazem muita confusão e barulho, por isso não é indicado para casais. Longe da vida noturna cerca de 30/40 min. de carro.

Não havia sensação de serenidade ou tranquilidade no hotel devido ao mau serviço e superlotação. Não é um hotel spa como é anunciado. O hotel é mais para famílias com crianças. Há apenas uma piscina, que está cheia de crianças gritando, e nenhuma área separada para adultos. O spa é bom, mas você não pode reservar tratamentos a menos que fique no hotel. O pôr do sol é lindo e a academia é incrível. No geral, este é um hotel familiar, não um spa. Não reserve a menos que esteja procurando um hotel resort. Tudo é pelo menos 30 minutos de distância. É muito caro para o que eles oferecem. Embora os quartos sejam bonitos, houve um vazamento no corredor o tempo todo que estive lá. Dois baldes estavam no chão, um para um vazamento e outro para outro. Havia vários pontos molhados em um corredor, então parece que é um problema comum. Alarme de incêndio disparou pelo menos duas vezes no quarto (uma vez no meio da noite). Houve muito barulho de portas batendo. Este hotel não seria uma boa escolha para mim novamente.

Nos sorprendió este hotel. Tal como ya se menciona en otras opiniones es cierto es distinto y muy acorde a su mismo entorno. Se respira una paz y tranquilidad que cuesta encontrar en la isla. Por eso destacamos esta instancia y lo recomiendo en aquellas personas que quieran tranquilidad.

Not so.Beautiful setting, decor etc, that’s a given.On arrival no greeting other than have you a reservation and it’s €15 for parking.Made our own way through the hotel having been told parts of the hotel were for private parties only.Plastic cups for €80 drinks to watch the sunset. Dinner sounded good on the menu but the theme is tomato tomato tomato. Every dish served with or in a tomato. Waited well over an hour for a starter to arrive, after the others came before.Repeating asking for more water, Salt pepper etc which incidentally never arrived.The lamb we were told was a sharing plate, good luck there unless you have been malnourished before.Tasty bowl of pasta but less than my child had last night at another restaurant.On exit repeatedly asked for €15 for the parking again, 15 minute wait for the car and the final insult was being asked for a final time to pay for parking.This is not 5* service, when we spoke with the duty manager the response was it would be raised internally. Interested to see if there is any response back as a night out which should have been a holiday highlight was pathetic for a 2 courses, bottle of wine and a bill for over €500 for the ‘pleasure’. It felt like day one of a new hotel trying to be 5*, not an established global brand that has been open over a year in Ibiza.Final thoughts, every dish seemed to have the same red tomato sauce. When asked at the end if we wanted a completely shot the only thing that came to mind was gaspatcho

Had an absolutely amazing time at this resort. Everything from a friendly and warm service to amazing views (infinity pool, room views, restaurant views and more) and great food was on point. Rooms are great, spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. Breakfast was great, the poolside food was awesome and the selection of restaurants for dinner was incredible. It was a perfect vacation from start to finish. Thank you Six Senses team!

A very nice hotel with a lot of ambience and focus on the details. We were there shortly after the opening, which was noticeable in the staff, who were not yet so well attuned. Nevertheless, everyone made a great effort to meet the high expectations of the guests. I also really liked the focus on local products and sustainability.

There was no sense of serenity or tranquility in the hotel due to the poor service and overcrowding. It's not a spa hotel like it's advertised. The hotel is more for families with kids. There's only one pool, which is full of screaming kids, and no separate area for adults. The spa is good, but you can't book treatments unless you stay at the hotel. Sunsets are gorgeous and the gym is awesome. Overall, this is a family hotel, not a spa. Don't book unless you're looking for a resort hotel. Everything is at least 30 minutes away. It's way overpriced for what they provide. Although the rooms are beautiful, there was a leak in the hallway the entire time I was there. Two buckets were on the floor, one for a leak and the other for another. There were multiple wet spots in a hallway, so it looks like it's a common problem. Fire alarm went off at least twice in the room (once in the middle of the night). There was a lot of noise from slamming doors. This hotel wouldn't be a good choice for me again.

O hotel mais bonito de Ibiza! Teve várias refeições e bebidas animadas aqui. Lugar lindo para ver o pôr do sol. A loja deles é um pouco cara, mas tem muito mais coisas únicas do que você encontrará em outros lugares da ilha. A equipe foi super atenciosa e simpática. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Este é o melhor hotel da ilha de Ibiza. Ainda é novo e eles estão resolvendo alguns problemas, mas a localização é de tirar o fôlego e a equipe é excepcionalmente útil. A comida é consistentemente deliciosa e a grande piscina de borda infinita é realmente impressionante. A praia é rochosa, mas têm tapetes, grandes almofadas e almofadas para criar espaços muito confortáveis para passar o dia ou ver o pôr-do-sol.Minhas únicas reclamações são um aplicativo muito bugado que trava com frequência e não pode ser confiável e o fato de que o serviço de bebidas não está disponível na praia. Fora isso, este é um lugar espetacular para ficar com alguém especial ou um grupo de amigos.

Una pena !!!todo un mega destrozo medioambiental en toda regla, saliendo se de las leyes con los permiso de construcción, totalmente ilegal no se a quien le habrán pagado para hacerloy construir lo que les ha, dado la ganay sin respetar la ley es de costas, se han cargado toda las rocas haciendo escaleras en ellas para poder andar y bajar al agua, es una zona bastante rocosa y han rellenado todos los agujeros de la roca natural y lo han hecho con puro cemento cargandose todo ese paraje natural sin miramientos , es injusto ver que con el dinero uno puede saltarse todas la leyes por el forro, espero que algún día le caiga todo el peso de la ley, aunque ya no habrá marcha atrás para reparar el daño hecho... Muy triste la verdad.....

Un lugar diferente. Ubicado muy al extremo nor-oeste de la isla. Por afuera no dice nada. Nada de nada. Pero por dentro tiene unas vistas hermosas. Una decoración asombrosa. Un restaurante de alto nivel. Y una atención excelente.

This is the best hotel on the island of Ibiza. It's still new and they are working out some kinks, but the location is breathtaking and the staff is exceptionally helpful. The food is consistently delicious and the large infinity pool is truly stunning. The beach is rocky, but they have rugs, large pillows and cushions to create really comfortable spaces to spend the day or watch the sunset. My only complaints are a very buggy app that crashes often and can't be relied upon and the fact that drink service is not available at the beach. Other than that, this is a spectacular place to stay with someone special or a group of friends.

The most beautiful hotel in Ibiza! Had multiple lively meals and drinks here. Gorgeous place to watch the sunset. Their shop is a little pricey but has much more unique things than what you’ll find elsewhere in the island. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

El hotel es una maravilla, la única “pega” que le pondría es el acceso a las habitaciones se hace difícil, muchas escaleras para arriba y para abajo; para un hotel de esta calidad y precio no lo veo normal. Saludos!

Excelentes instalações, excelentes vistas e grandes quartos novos e luxuosos, funcionários super ansiosos e amigáveis durante todo o tempo. Ficamos por 4 noites de 20 de abril a 24 de abril e gostamos de tudo, serviço, vista, quartos, instalações. Temos experiência em hotéis de luxo e isso definitivamente está no topo. Me deixa um pouco triste ao ver as críticas ruins anteriores, pois a equipe está trabalhando tão duro para fazer as pessoas se divertirem, e isso deve ser um problema inicial, que acho que eles realmente resolveram agora. No geral, um hotel deslumbrante, excelente equipe (recepção, restaurante, academia, equipe de atividades) e eles merecem uma classificação muito mais alta agora, tenho certeza que isso se refletirá ao longo do tempo. Eu recomendo o Six Sense Ibiza, esqueça as críticas iniciais ruins, você não ficará desapontado, é um melhor!

Six senses; quizás uno de los hoteles que más me ha sorprendido en la vida. Este hotel situado en el norte de Ibiza parece navegar en una frecuencia diferente a otros hoteles de su misma categoría, se define como un hotel sostenible, en el que cada habitación, suite y/o mansión conforma un escenario significativo, único y diferente para disfrutar de una experiencia espiritual arraigada a la cultura local de la isla, una cultura muy profunda que aún pervive en ella y que se ha convertido en un sinónimo de su estilo de vida.

Superb facilities, great views and large new luxurious rooms, super eager and friendly staff all round. We stayed for 4 nights from 20 April 24 April and enjoyed everything about it, service, views, rooms, facilities. We are experienced in luxurious hotels and this definitely ranks near the top. Makes me slightly sad seeing the previous poor reviews, as the staff are working so hard to make people have a good time, and this must be initial teething issues, which I think they have really sorted out now. Overall, a stunning hotel, excellent staff (reception, restaurant, gym, activities team) and they deserve to be rated much higher now, I’m sure this will be reflected over time. I highly recommend Six Sense Ibiza, forget the initial poor reviews, you will not be disappointed, it’s a belter!
