“The management of this hotel is racist and completely incompetent. We had a suite: literally no service. The people working here don’t understand any request in English, they are incapable of sending simple mail on your behalf, the gym is dark, their spa is old and the lockers don’t even work.
The porter watches you shlepping the suitcase. He barely helps.
But they charge 800 euros a night for a suite with a butler service which does not even function!
This is the worst service in Istanbul. Their hotel manager is racist, misogynist and rude.
Guests in the hotel are leaving their trays outside the room and nobody comes to pick them up for hours!
They do not deserve the name of St Regis.”
