“Hermoso hotel en el gran canal. Bien renovado y acogedor. El desayuno servido en cuotas deja un poco desconcertante (primero capuchino sin azúcar, luego con unos minutos de diferencia el zumo de pomelo, leche con cereales, yogur con fruta y solo al final pan croissant, mantequilla y mermelada) y la falta de bidé en el baño.”

“Estamos emocionados por la bienvenida y calidez que nos dedicó el Personal del Hotel, privilegiado por la presentación de los Colaboradores Equivalentes del St. Regis Rome y pudimos ver la calidad, el ambiente refinado y el fabuloso panorama de Venecia, realzado por el restaurante, literalmente en el agua, frente a la Madonna della Salute. Verdaderamente excelentes desayunos y cenas, con la presentación por parte del personal de los ingredientes y sobre todo la demostrada competencia en la materia, el amor por su rol. Los sabores del sur en el plato calentaron nuestro paladar. Visitamos todo el hotel y disfrutamos de las obras expuestas, el mobiliario y las habitaciones, una reforma con mucho gusto y respeto por el lugar. La habitación con terraza y vista al Gran Canal, con un salón al aire libre rodeado de plantas y un seto florido, la bienvenida con dulces de calidad y Prosecco, la sonrisa de bienvenida y la disponibilidad atenta para cada solicitud han hecho que nuestro hotel sea único y especial. sala .
