I had a great 6-day trip here! The property is authentic and beautiful, and I loved the daily buffet, there was fresh fruit and fresh green salad bar daily. There are three restaurants on-site, Italian, Mexican, and Asin. The Mexican and Asian restaurants were great, but the Italian restaurant did not quite meet the mark. I liked the buffet more than the Italian restaurant. It's nice to stay here with a large group because you can all just walk into the buffet without having to make reservations. It can be kind of annoying to have to wake up early in the morning to make dinner reservations, it would be nice if there was an online option for making dinner reservations, but not a big deal. The adult's pool was really nice, we were usually able to find a chair with an umbrella. The service and staff were so friendly, we loved our bartender Bernardo, he was so friendly and did cool bar tricks with fire. I would stay here again.

Absolutely love this place. I can't fault it at all. Make reservations for the sushi it is amazing! Favorite resort so far. Excellent kids water park. My two year old loved it. Bring water shoes for the beach as several people were hit with sea urchins.

This place is the business. Came here on my honeymoon and it was awesome. You're close enough to the airport but far enough from the city. There are other small beach cities around where you can go and have fresh seafood and beer right by the ocean.

I would like to start out by saying that the staff that work here are great (despite being seemingly underpaid). The scenery is pretty good, however, if you would like to venture away from the resort there is nothing within walking distance. My two major issues were: 1. When you arrive (tired from the trip, wanting a beer by the pool) they intercept you at checkin with a sales presentation trying to get you to sign up for (what is essentially) a timeshare presentation. The sales people are very aggressive and present themselves as staff that are about to help you. This cheapens the whole resort experience. I have not had that happen to me at the cheapest hotels, so it felt really out of place at nice place like this. They desperately need to get rid of this portion of the experience, it put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the time we were there. 2. Treatment of the spider monkeys and other animals. There are two spider monkeys for display in the middle of the resort. Their cage is far too small, they don't have any toys (there is one tennis ball on the bare dirt floor and one small swing). There are also some huge parrots in a fairly small enclosure that only allows them to fly ~20ft at a time. This is set up a as a "shelter", however, there is nothing wrong with these animals and the resort has enough room to make their enclosure way bigger. My final (and much smaller) complaint is that the all-inclusive package includes only two types of beer (light and dark XX) and two types of wine (red and white). There are no bananas nor avocados at any of the buffets, which is odd because both are locally grown in abundance.

Family selection, worth the upgrade, comes with its own pools, restaurant, bar and room service is included, which otherwise is not. Not all restaurants open everyday and those open , need reservation for dinner.In covid times as well as being vegetarian, room service was useful. Going early before 9, had the Nest restaurant to ourselves for breakfast and the food which was a la carte only, was well prepared and with adequate vegetarian choices. All staff were courteous and friendly. The Grand Palladium app was very useful to look up thelayout of the pools and restaurants and bars, to see the restaurant as well as the room service menu etc. The bar at the family selection also had Xbox with lots of games and the cocktails were fabulous. The gym was spacious and good, only 4 people every hour by reservation due to social distancing guidelines. There were also tennis and basketball couts, available by reservation. There were so many pools to explore, one of them was adults only. The beach was private and lovely at sunset. The wifi was fast and the shower was good and the beds were comfortable, extra pillows by request. The grounds were beautiful to walk through, with their own botanical gardens and animal refuge. There were also shows at night at the theatre/auditorium but we chose not to attend in order to avoid crowds. The spa services were overpriced though.

This was not the service or stay advertised. For "All inclusive" they found ways to charge for a lot more. We were promised a 1500 USD credit which turned out to be coupons like $30 off a 250 massage that we could get outside the hotel for 1/4 the price, so no one was using the service. They roped off the beach and would not let us go outside the barrier (kiddie pool). We had to make reservations every day for the restaurant the night after. One at a time (hassel). The pathway in was one big pothole after another. -we won't be back to Grand Palladium.

Está tudo bem aqui. O pessoal é super simpático, a comida do serviço de quarto é boa, fique longe do club sandwich tho, tudo o resto é muito bom. Minha única reclamação é que minha caneta de vaporizador foi retirada do carregador no meu quarto, custava apenas 40 $, mas mesmo assim foi lamentável. O quarto foi sempre bem limpo, e a recepção super útil além de não ser capaz de ajudar com bens roubados ... mas é minha culpa por deixá-lo no carregador. A vista é linda, o quarto era ótimo.

Adoro o hotel, seus funcionários super simpáticos, comida deliciosa e variada. Medidas de segurança e higiene muito elevadas. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é a disponibilidade dos restaurantes à la carte, já que quando cheguei na minha estadia de três dias eles já estavam todos ocupados e eu não tive oportunidade de ir.

Primera vez que visité un Grand Palladium y mi experiencia fue fenomenal; la comida estaba deliciosa y el servicio es impecable, fueron las mejores vacaciones de mi corta vida. Sin embargo, hay unos puntos que debería señalar: -El clima de la habitación enfría demasiado, durante nuestra estancia sólo lo utilizamos para refrescarnos al momento de regresar de estar afuera en la piscina, por las noches no era necesario. -En los baños no hay extractor de aromas, por lo que si sueltas un apestoso el aroma se queda por un rato, y si te bañas con agua caliente la humedad se queda para siempre, los espejos no se desempañan y el piso queda todo resbaloso. -Por la geografía del lugar, los edificios, restaurantes y piscinas quedan conectados mediante escaleras y rampas, por lo que para ir a todos los lugares es una caminata un poco cansada para los que no tenemos condición física o si llevas carreolas o silla de ruedas.Pero también hay que destacar los puntos positivos: -La comida de todos los restaurantes está deliciosa, me hubiera gustado quedarme más tiempo para probar todo de sus menús de los restaurantes temáticos. -El servicio es increíble, los bartenders y camaristas de la piscina para adultos (donde estuve mucho rato todos los días) son muy amables y atentos. -Los meseros de los restaurantes temáticos también son muy amables, nos daban sugerencias de sus mejores platillos. -El personal de seguridad también estuvo muy atento; se nos presentaron 2 situaciones a mi novio y a mí, y rápidamente fuimos atendidos por la señorita de seguridad.Para finalizar, algo que me pasaba era que se referían a mí con el apellido de mi novio, se me hizo muy raro jaja. En conclusión, súper recomendado este hotel, tocará ver otros destinos pero siempre buscando quedarme en un Grand Palladium

SIMPLEMENTE BRUTAL 🤩.Sin duda, es el mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado. La arquitectura 💯 amigable con el medio ambiente hace que la experiencia de contacto con la naturaleza sea inigualable. Hay decenas de lugares para tomar fotos increíbles. Montón de spots hacen que quieras recorrer cada pedacito del hotel.Dentro de las instalaciones tienen el UMA (Unidad de Manejopara la Conservación de la Vida Silvestre) que me permitió conocer y entender un poco más acerca de las afectaciones que ocasionamos los seres humanos pero también aquello que podemos hacer para que diferentes especies vivan protegidas 😊.Hablemos de los restaurantes. La Adelita (comida mexicana), Portofino (comida italiana), The Nest (comida internacional), El Bosque (el mejor, por mucho, el mejor bufete en el que he estado) y El Dorado (comida bufete). 5 lugares para comer como los dioses. Todos tiene su toque especial y para un todo incluido, los alimentos que nos proporcionan (algunos restaurantes son a la carta 😋) son de una muy, muy buena calidad, riquísimos. Mi favorito fue La Adelita. Los sopes de chicharrón son pffff riquísimos. Por cierto, también tienen un bar que está abierto hasta las 5 am jajaja yujuuuuu 🙌🏻.Para el tema de las bebidas, te quiero contar que yo solo tomé dos cosas: Mojitos y Licor de Café con leche. Riquisisisismos. Deliciosos y frescos siempre. Preparados al momento.Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la INCREÍBLE, en verdad INCREÍBLE ATENCIÓN DE ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO EL PERSONAL. It is ok here. The staff is super friendly, the room service food is good, stay away from the club sandwich tho, everything else is very good. My only complaint is my vape pen being taken from its charger in my room, it was only 40$, but it was unfortunate nonetheless. The room was always cleaned nicely, and the front desk super helpful other than not being able to help with stolen property...but its my fault for leaving it out on the charger. The view is beautiful, the room was great.

WARNING! Your money will be stolen from you’re room if it’s not in the safe! We left for breakfast and came back to a recently cleaned room as we proceed to grab a bikini we noticed our belongings were rearranged! Obviously this alarmed us so we check our wallets and they were EMPTY swiped out! The Hotel say they are not liable for our belongings outside the safe. The hotel did nothing to accommodate us for our loss. To top It off my aunts phone was almost stolen by the staff in the kitchen at the Buffet luckily after repeatedly calling we heard a ring in the kitchen. Funny enough the calls kept getting rejected. What a vacation

The place is crowded and noisy. Even the "quiet adult only" pool, got very crowded on Saturday night, with people playing their own music loud and not letting other guests relax. Additionally, there is an "animal sanctuary" in the middle of the park, where animals are locked in small cages and exposed to the day long music and animation of the pool beside it. If you have kids and like a lot of noise, cheap food and crowds, this is your place. Otherwise , you might want to look for something else

We did the adult section and really no complaints, we knew about the location going into it quite far from nearest town, its smaller and quaint resort. If you have been to a few its not a 'wow' place but area does have a few view. Food is ok too. When you get off the plane there will be sales type characters that may pretend to your ride and offer a drink or shot then will offer a free ride to another hotel for free food and then probably waste your day with a timeshare sales pitch. Pro tip would be to avoid that. Your job is to protect your money and theirs is to take it.

A nice hotel with lush green surroundings, facing the Pacific Ocean. Rooms could do with a little updating. Nice, quiet pool in the adults-only area, and a good food selection in the buffet restaurant. Fresh quesadillas and seafood were my favourites.

Absolutely loved our week there. Yes the beach is smaller and the salt water pool wasn't quite as advertised EVERYTHING else was superb. All four a la carte restaurants were delicious. The Buffet had a great selection of various local eats. The bars served up some great consistent drinks. I highly recommend the Chef's table, very affordable and an amazing experience. My two daughters absolutely loved their experience at the Kids Club. Special shout outs to Ricky, Sophia and the rest of the staff there for making memories for my kids. We will definitely be back!

Nice, clean accommodations. A variety of food options (good but not spectacular). Live entertainment every night. Poolside drinks. Packed with locals, not tourists.The Palladium offers an accommodation, drink and food upgrade, which also includes a private pool and beach area, but for $100 more per person per night, it doesn't seem worth it. The "regular" area is nice enough that you don't need to upgrade.

This is a very good all inclusive hotel, generally all the staff is very helpful and friendly ( there is here and there someone not very happy to help, but is the exception), the food is great, there is a buffet restaurant which is generally open at all time, with a great variety of food options. Also there is the Mexican restaurant ( ask for the guacamoleprepared by Alma, really good) and the Italian one, also very good. The swinmings pools are also good, however in the afternoon was really crowded sometimes, so I recommend to go in the morning. The beach is also great , also there on the beach a place where you can borrow for free a surf table, kayak,and other swing stuff . There is also an small place where they have several animals ( see pics). My Only concern is that the draft beer is not very good as well as the free wine, I always preferred to take the free bottle beer included in the fridge. I would come back for sure.
