“Nice, clean and modern facilities. Friendly staff and great vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. Only parking for 6 cars in the basement (15€/24H).
Free parking in the street at night till 9 am.”

“Staff seemed generally friendly, however just had a strange encounter this evening trying to switch my blood stained pillow. Agent assisted me with a new pillow which had no pillow case, so I asked if he had a case to go with it, he said no. Then I asked if I can reuse my prior pillow case then (the one that had the blood stained pillow), and he said no as well. So then I asked for a bath towel if he doesn't have any pillow cases in the hotel- he gave that to me, then before the elevator doors closed he said something under his breath. I understand his frustrations, being the only agent in the hotel. Appreciate the help, just wish he understood that I just wanted a pillow case to go with my pillow!”
