Quartos muito apertados... Banheiro sem estrutura. Parece um lugar amador, mas se está de passagem e não quer gastar muito, dá pra pernoitar sem stress.

Quartos muito pequenos , mas em compensação os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. E tambem uma bela vista para o canal. De preço estábem considerando que estamos em metz França.

Lo bueno es el precio y la ubicación del hotel.La cama y las sábanas estaban bien, pero la alfombra realmente necesita ser arreglada. Es lo mismo en el pasillo. Y huele raro en el pasillo...Esperamos que se haga algo ya que nos gustaría volver ya que la ubicación es ideal

¡Solo puedo desaconsejar una visita a este hotel! Lo más probable es que haya chinches en los colchones. Estoy completamente cubierto de picaduras y sarpullido y hoy fui al dermatólogo que solo confirmó mi teoría. Incluso vi una chinche en el baño, solo que en ese momento no sabía cómo se veían y pensé que era solo una simple chinche. Es increíble. Nunca más. Por el precio de la visita al médico y la medicación de la que ahora dependo, podría haber pagado un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nunca he experimentado algo así. Nunca más.

No es gran cosa, lo recomiendo solo para una noche porque la cama es MUY incómoda y es un lugar algo ruidoso. El cuarto estaba limpio. Te dan el mismo jabón para las manos,el cuerpo y el cabello, no me pareció bueno. La atención del señor del desayuno es muy buena. La ubicación es muy buena también.

Habitación destartalada, se respira humedad, tomas de corriente insuficientes, insonorización deplorable peor que un fórmula 1. Baño con bañera de otra época, rociador que se desliza en la barra y no te permite ducharte como en un simple camarote. No hay estacionamiento dedicado en el hotel.

We have used this hotel numerous times over the last few years but it's looking a little bit shabby and tired, there was no liquid soap in either of the dispensers,no hangers and a bulb not working in bedside lamp. More care and attention required. However it's a good location and the bed was very comfortable.

Pro: Very nice staff, some of them even speak English which is not all too common in France. Helpful and friendly. A sidearm of the Mosel right in front of the windows produces a nice acoustic ambiente even when windows are closed. Contra: Sadly the Hotel is very worn out. For a hotel from a big chain like Ibis I would have expected more, even for the price. The entrance is nice and modern, but the room definitely needs an complete overhauling. Can't remember when I lastly stayed in a place where there was a plastic shower curtain hanging into a bathtub, stained carpets, rust and the rooms being cleaned, but for example the toilet being left out in that process... Sadly I cannot recommend that one.

Lo mejor su situación, 5 minutos a pie de la catedral y de las murallas. Las habitaciones que dan al rio tienen una vista maja. Buen desayuno, parking propio. Lo peor, habitaciones mal insonorizadas, aire acondicionado ruidoso.

Clean room , very small , old bathroom , no hand towel and ask for it and got towel at for floor. Nice , friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Aircondition is old and noisy. Good location , hotel has packing place for about 7 cars , free of charge . Otherwise street parking or packing house near .

El baño y el suelo (moqueta) huele bastante mal, hay bichos. Habitaciones anticuadas y muy mejorables, servicio de limpieza mejorable. Personal muy agradable.

We have used this hotel for a few years now on our way to France. It is a very nice hotel and it offers what you can expect from an Ibis. This goes for the food and for the rooms. Service is pretty good. My two year old daughter even got some presents from the nice lady at the reception. It is within walking distance from the centre but not in the centre. So no busy streets outside. Last year we had one complaint (they booked our room double so suddenly other people came into our room), but that was solved to our satisfaction. Breakfastbuffet is a good start of the day before you continue your journey. What I also like is that you can get closed parking. That way you can park your car and leave all your stuff in without having to worry about people being more than interested in what is in your car. All in all this hotel always is a nice start of our holiday and we are looking forward going there again this year.
