“Fiquei duas noites e quando cheguei na segunda noite o quarto não estava arrumado, sabonete e shampoo sem reposição e o não oferecem toalhas de rosto. Questionado no check-out o atendente disse que isso é um protocolo pelo Covid. Ora entendo justamente o contrário pois em função do Covid a limpeza deve ser intensificada. Estão utilizando a pandemia para fazer eficiência de despesa. Não recomendo este hotel. Os preços não são tão em conta assim que justifique o precário atendimento do básico.”
