Fizemos o check-in no hotel em uma sexta-feira a jovem ( Patricia) no foi muito agradável e informativo. Quarto era bom. Na segunda-feira, solicitamos que nosso quarto fosse limpo, pois só recebemos toalhas limpas no resto dos dias. Saímos no dia e na chegada de volta ao nosso quarto, encontramos a roupa de cama e o tapete do banheiro não havia sido alterado. Liguei para a recepção e falei comigo. Patricia e ela afirmaram que enviariam uma mensagem para a limpeza e ela pediu desculpas pelo mau serviço. Na terça-feira de manhã, desci para falar com um gerente e fui informado pelo cavalheiro da recepção que ele não poderia encontrá-la. Então eu esperei cerca de 10 minutos e nenhum gerente veio. Ele foi procurá-la duas vezes, mas mesmo assim afirmou que não conseguiu encontrá-la. Ele me disse que ela estava atuando como GM, então pedi que ela me ligasse. Eu tive que ligar duas vezes para que ela finalmente me ligasse. Expliquei a ela o que aconteceu e ela me disse que meu quarto não seria limpo até terça-feira. Expliquei a ela que faria muito sentido se eu solicitasse que meu quarto fosse limpo, eles trocariam meus lençóis e tapete do banheiro e não esperariam até quarta-feira para fazer isso. Ela me disse que eu deveria ter deixado claro que queria meus lençóis e tapete do banheiro trocados. Ela perguntou o que ela poderia fazer para corrigir isso. Eu disse a ela para creditar meu quarto e suas palavras exatas foram "NÃO, NÃO FAZEMOS ISSO". Havia tanta coisa errada sobre isso. Com uma gestão como essa, dá ao seu hotel uma má reputação e mais não recomendar este hotel a amigos ou familiares. ESTE NÃO É O HOTEL MARRIOTT DE QUALIDADE CONSTRUÍDO SUA REPUTAÇÃO, pelo menos, espero que não.

We checked into the hotel on a Friday the young lady( Patricia) at the was very nice and informative.Room was nice.On Monday we requested our room to be cleaned since we only got clean towels the rest of the days . We went out fir the day and upon arrival back to our room we found the bed linen andbathroom rug had not been changed. I call the front desk and spoke with Me. Patricia and she stated she would send housekeeping a message and she apologized for the poor service. On Tuesday morning I went down to speak with a manager and was told by the gentleman at the desk he couldn't find her. So i waited about 10 minutes and no manager came. He went to look for her twice but still stated he couldn't find her. He told me she was acting GM so I asked him tohave her call me. I had to call twice to get her to finally call me. I explained to her what happen and she told me my room wasn't to be cleaned until Tuesday.I explained to her it would make a lot of sense if I requested my room to be cleaned they would change my sheets and bathroom rug and not wait until Wednesday to do it. She told me I should have made it clear that I wanted my sheets and bathroom rug changed. She asked what she could do to make it right. I told her to credit my room and her exact words was" NO WE DON'T DO THAT". There was so much that was wrong about that. With management like that in place itgives your Hotel a bad reputation and more not to recommend this Hotel to friends or family. THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY MARRIOTT HOTEL BUILT THEIR REPUTATION ON at least I hope not.

O hotel em si era bom, o serviço era terrível. Foi-nos dito no check-in que o quarto seria limpo em dias alternados. No primeiro dia em que deveriam vir, ninguém apareceu. Ligamos e mandaram alguém, mas deixaram o lixo e não fizeram nada além de arrumar a cama e deixar toalhas limpas. No dia seguinte, eles deveriam limpar, novamente ninguém apareceu. Ligamos e ninguém veio dessa vez. Fomos informados de que os quartos são limpos apenas mediante pedido. Solicitamos que o quarto fosse limpo todos os dias e fomos informados de que nos colocaram na lista. No dia seguinte, ainda ninguém veio. Ligamos novamente e eles nos disseram que os quartos são limpos todos os dias. Cada pessoa na recepção nos deu uma história diferente e o quarto só foi limpo uma vez em 6 dias depois que reclamamos. O lixo nunca foi esvaziado uma vez. Definitivamente não recomendo.

The hotel itself was fine, the service was terrible. We were told at check-in that the room would be cleaned every other day. The first day they were supposed to come, no one showed up. We called and they sent someone, but they left the trash and did not do anything except make the bed and leave fresh towels. The next day they were supposed to clean, again no one showed up. We called and no one came this time. We were then told that rooms are cleaned by request only. We requested the room be cleaned every day and were told that they put us on the list. The next day, still no one came. We called again and they told us rooms are cleaned every other day. Every person at the front desk gave us a different story and the room was only cleaned once in 6 days after we complained. The trash was never emptied once. Definitely do not recommend.

Cheguei com os olhos vermelhos às 8h e eles fizeram acomodações para preparar um quarto para que eu pudesse dormir um pouco antes do meu evento que eu estava participando às 16h. O quarto era excelente e confortável, o AC funcionou muito bem! A TV e a internet eram excelentes, o hotel era limpo e a cama era perfeita! A equipe foi sempre profissional e uma ajuda incrível! Muito acessível e fácil de conversar. Obrigado por tudo!

I hope the staff reads this, thank you, thank you, thank you for everything the week I stayed here. I arrived on a red eye at 8am and they made accommodations to get a room ready so I could get some sleep before my event I was attending at 4pm. The room was excellent and comfortable, the AC worked great! The TV and internet were excellent, the hotel was clean and the bed was perfect! The staff was always professional and an amazing help! Very approachable and easy to talk to. Thanks for everything!

Por mais que eu queira deixar uma boa crítica, não posso. O check-in foi rápido e fácil, e o cavalheiro da recepção foi super legal. Ele nos presenteou com a chave do nosso quarto e seguimos para o nosso quarto. Ao entrar no quarto estava extremamente quente, como se o calor estivesse ligado; embora não fosse. Minha irmã começou a borrifar tudo com Lysol (vendo como se o COVID ainda estivesse acontecendo) e notou que havia manchas ou sujeira em sua cama junto com fios de cabelo. Voltamos para a recepção, onde falamos com uma jovem que estava lá com o cavalheiro que inicialmente nos registrou. Explicamos nosso problema e ela nos trocou para outro quarto. Minha irmã e eu fomos para nosso novo quarto (327), onde entramos e começamos a verificar tudo. Fiquei muito decepcionado. Entre as manchas nos meus travesseiros, minha saia da cama, e depois a cafeteira, e o balde de gelo no banheiro; Eu estava pronto para sair!!!! Liguei para a recepção falou com a jovem (não tenho certeza se foi a mesma jovem que nos mudou ou não) e foi-me dito que não havia mais quartos disponíveis. Desliguei e liguei para nove outros hotéis que estavam na área. Ninguém tinha quartos disponíveis, pois nos disseram que havia uma formatura da faculdade que tinha todos os quartos reservados. Minha irmã e eu descemos e pedimos toalhas e lençóis extras para que pudéssemos tentar descobrir algo. Um cavalheiro trouxe alguns, e minha irmã me ajudou a trocar os lençóis da minha cama. Coloquei os travesseiros no chão e apenas usei as toalhas como algo para deitar a cabeça ao dormir. Eu fico em muitos Marriotts em todo o país, mas estar neste Marriott foi muito desconfortável, e eu simplesmente não estava feliz com a limpeza dos quartos. Não é como eu esperava passar o fim de semana do Dia das Mães, que meus filhos e sobrinha planejaram para minha irmã e eu. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui.

As much as I would like to leave a good review, I cannot. Check-in was quick and easy, and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice. He presented us with our room key, and we proceeded to our room. When entering the room it was extremely hot, as if the heat was on; though it was not. My sister started to spray everything down with Lysol (seeing as though COVID is still going) and noticed that there were specks or dirt on her bed along with strands of hair. We made our way back to the front desk where we spoke with a young lady who was there with the gentleman who initially checked us in. We explained our issue, and she swapped us to another room. My sister and I made our way to our new room (327), where we entered and started to check everything out. I was highly disappointed. Between the stains on my pillows, my bed skirt, and then the coffee pot, and ice bucket being in the bathroom; I was ready to leave!!!! I called down to the front desk spoke to the young lady (not sure if it was the same young lady who moved us already or not) and was told that there were no more rooms available. I hung up and called nine other hotels that were in the area. No one had any rooms available, as we were told that there was a college graduation that had all their rooms booked. My sister and I went downstairs and asked for extra towels and sheets so that we could try to figure something out. A gentleman brought some up, and my sister helped me change the sheets on my bed. I placed the pillows on the floor and just used the towels as something to lay my head on when sleeping. I stay at plenty of Marriotts throughout the country, but being at this Marriott was very uncomfortable, and I just wasn’t happy with cleanliness of the rooms at all. It’s not at all how I expected to spend my Mother’s Day weekend, that my children and niece planned for my sister and I. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Este pode ser o meu novo ponto de acesso. Queria ficar em algum lugar perto de DC, mas não em DC. Esta localização era boa. Não muito longe de restaurantes e lojas. Quarto é espaçoso para mim. Tranquilo. Lembre-se de solicitar o serviço de quarto. Devido à pandemia, muitos hotéis não estão atendendo os quartos regularmente.

A razão pela qual reservei este hotel foi para o serviço de transporte que eles ofereceram para a estação de metrô. Quando solicitei o serviço, eles indicaram que não ofereciam esse serviço. Expliquei que foi mencionado em seu site e que até aparece no aplicativo Marriott Bonvoy para eu solicitá-lo. O funcionário foi muito rude e mudou sua resposta para “bem, não estamos oferecendo agora”. Vimos então os ônibus estacionados em seu estacionamento, foi muito decepcionante que eles não quisessem nos oferecer um serviço que foi anunciado. Além disso, o quarto era limpo e confortável. Além disso, reservamos para 4 pessoas e só tinha toalhas para 2 pessoas. Quando ligamos para solicitar mais dois, fomos solicitados a ir ao lobby para buscá-los. Quando chegamos ao saguão, havia três funcionários rindo e conversando, mas tivemos que descer?!? As instalações do hotel e a localização são boas, mas o atendimento ao cliente foi horrível. Não ficaria aqui novamente.

Não é uma estadia ruim. O quarto tinha alguns problemas delicados, como todas as tomadas ao lado da cama eram extremamente soltas, fazendo com que os carregadores de telefone deslizassem para fora (outros comentários mencionam isso, então pode não ser o meu quarto especificamente), o banheiro tinha um vazamento lento que fazia com que ele ligasse regularmente para reabastecer, a unidade de ar fez alguns ruídos estranhos e parecia estar lutando, etc. Eu mencionaria). Não há opções gratuitas de café da manhã disponíveis no momento, então tenha isso em mente (eu não era o único hóspede que havia pensado incorretamente que haveria algumas opções gratuitas simples, deve ter sido o site de reserva que estava incorreto). A equipe foi amigável e disposta a dar recomendações para opções de comida na área. Localização foi conveniente para a viagem que eu estava. No geral foi ok, mas algumas atualizações para os quartos provavelmente seriam apreciadas.

Not a bad stay. Room had a few nitpicky issues, such as all outlets bedside were extremely loose, causing phone chargers to just slide out (other reviews mention this, so may not be my room specifically), toilet had a slow leak which caused it to kick on regularly to refill, air unit made some strange noises and seemed to be struggling, etc. The free room coffee was also really bad (I'm not picky on coffee at all, but this was bad enough I paid for coffee downstairs, so I figured I'd mention it). No free breakfast options are available currently, so keep that in mind (I was not the only guest who had incorrectly thought there would be some simple free options, must've been the booking site that was incorrect). Staff was friendly, and willing to give recommendations for food options in the area. Location was convenient for the trip I was on. Overall it was ok, but some updates to the rooms would likely be appreciated.

This may be my new goto spot. Wanted to stay somewhere close to DC but not in DC. This location was good. Not far from restaurants and shops. Room is spacious for me. Quiet. Remember to request room service. Due to the pandemic a lot of hotels are not servicing rooms on a regular.

The reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service they offered to the subway station. When I requested the service they indicated they did not offer that service at all. I explained it was mentioned on their website and that it even appears on the Marriott Bonvoy app for me to request it. The employee was very rude and then changed his response to “well, we are not offering it now.” We then saw the shuttle busses parked in their parking lot, it was very disappointing they did not want to offer us a service that was advertised. Aside from that the room was clean and comfortable. Additionally, we reserved for 4 guest and it only had towels for 2 guests. When we called to request two more we were asked to go to the lobby to pick them up. When we got to the lobby, there were three employees laughing and chitchatting, but we had to come downstairs?!? The hotel facilities and location is nice but the customer service was horrible. Would not stay here again.
