Fiquei hospedado por um mês no hotel. Hotel muito bom, restaurante/bar com boas opções e ótima comida. Tem transporte do hotel para o aeroporto e do aeroporto para o hotel a cada 30min, serviço prestado com excelência pelo hotel. Achei excelentez também, que possui Translado, todo dia, do hotel para o Walmart e do Walmart para o hotel. O único ponto "negativo" que teria é a localização, dizem que essa área do greenspoint não é muito segura pra andar, mas percebi que não faz tanta diferença, pois nos EUA ninguém anda a pé. E pra quem tem carro as grandes estradas ao lado do hotel tornam a ida pra qualquer lugar fácil. Academia boa, piscina e ofuro aquecida. Quarto amplo e com ótimo aquecimento, cama muito boa, microondas e cafeteira no quarto. Alguns amenities no banheiro. Vale a pena a estada no hotel.

I had a very extensive stay at the Houston Marriot recently, and I must stay it was very delightful! First off the beds are so comfortable I slept amazing every night! The best part about this hotel is the staff! You have to meet Frank and Ruby! The bartenders at the hotel bar and restaurant. They treat you like family! They are so kind and went out if their way to make me feel like I was at home! Frank makes the best drinks and the food is really good I highly recommend the fries and the chicken quesadillas. I can’t wait to return to Houston just to say hello to Frank and Ruby! You will love it here!

If I could give this place a zero I would first of all they have false advertisement online saying they have a indoor and an outdoor pool when they don’t have an indoor pool we stayed there for about three hours and our room had a no working AC .. they did send a maintenance person to check it out all he did was replace an a/c filter. also the elevator does not work when you’re trying to go to floor number three the button does not work inside the elevator their staff was also a bit rude about the situation of our hotel room they did offer another room but at this point we were done with this hotel …

I have stayed here numerous times but will not be returning as this hotel is going downhill.
1- Bugs in my room - I reported the small bugs that I found throughout my room… nothing was done.
2- The elevators STILL (an entire month later) do not work properly so… you may get in the elevator and get stuck in it until the doors decide to open OR you have to take the stairs!!! Going up and down 10 floors was over the top and if there was ever an emergency with a person here… I see no way for paramedics or anyone else to get to the persons floor.
3- The hotel is full of United Airlines new hires in training. That is an issue because they leave food outside their doors that don’t get picked up until the following morning (gross), or they’re in the hallways talking loudly about their training that day… or they all show up at the same time on their buses to the hotel and since the elevators may or may not work… you will be waiting a long time to get to your room.
These are just “a few” reasons why you should consider finding another hotel. There are plenty of other hotels nearby for the same price. No need to endure what I have describe above for any reason!

This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure!
I can honestly say yesterday and today were the worst day of my life. My flight was originally to Austin but ended up in Houston. The airport sent me to this hotel, I think they saw my frustration specially since we ( my young kids and I) have been up all night trying to figure things out. They did EVERYTHING they could to make me feel better and comfortable. This hotel has the best costumer services that I have received in years, also the room was nice and very clean. After a long day and night, I was happy I stayed here.

Un muy buen hotel las habitaciones muy cómodas , bastante limpias y sin ruidos. Cuentan con frigobar y cafetera. El desayuno es muy bueno y excelente atención ( no incluido). Los puntos malos serían su gimnasio austero y su pésima ubicación ya que no hay nada cerca. Cuenta con shuttle al aeropuerto.

El hotel excelente, la comodidad de las camas supremo, la limpieza excelente, pero tiene algunos inconvenientes y es que no hay mucho donde comer cerca, y aunque el hotel tiene restaurant, cabe destacar que lo cierran temprano, y el personal de este, es bastante déspota.

Las camas están deliciosas, se duerme muy bien. Las habitaciones no son tan amplias pero el espacio es suficiente.La habitación tiene serví-bar y cafetera. La Tv es grande, así que puedes disfrutar agusto.El aeropuerto tiene shuttles que te llevan y traen al aeropuerto.El staff es muy amable.Lo único malo, es que en las noches toda la gente deja afuera de sus habitaciones las bolsas para lavandería, no dan buen aspecto.
