“We were expecting way much more from this hotel based on the price and previous experience with Intercontinental in Cartagena.
This hotel needs urgently a remodeling and the stuff at the reception, pool area and restaurant/bar are sadly not as friendly as the security guys are (that’s something to highlight). They are rather rude.
We were waiting for our food and drinks in the restaurant for 90 minutes after ordering (unbelievable!) and then we decided to leave. They also don’t have a proper format where one can write a complaint and I’m sure they won’t even read it.
The pool is only open on Saturdays until 18:00 and Sundays until 17:00, exactly when people want to chill by the pool with some drinks.
If you are expecting a holiday environment, it sadly won’t be in this hotel.
Another remark: the balconies are very dangerous because the fence is very low.
