“We thought we were getting a suite with a ocean view. We were put in the far corner of the hotel and can not see the ocean. This
should not be sold as ocean view. All the other balconies are titled and face the ocean. The balcony on the end is not tilted and you can not see the ocean. Front desk would not assist our issue. Ask for manager. None showed until 45 minutes later. Called customer service and got someone on the phone before I could talk to someone at the hotel. Which is very sad. Instead of taking blame and helping customer they just complained how short staff they are which isn’t the problem of the customer and that they could not help me. That’s Hiltons for not staffing their hotel properly.
Hilton needs to take a look at suite 1421A and take that off as ocean view. Not to mention you have to deal with airplanes flying right over the hotel all night which makes it rough to sleep.
The location is good but the hotel you can tell
is in decline and they don’t have the proper staffing to assist customers. I would advise calling and making sure you actually get a view with a ocean and not thrown in the far corner of the hotel as we were.”

“Altamente recomendado. Você não pode ficar mais perto da praia do que isso. Minha família ficou por 3 noites em junho de 2021 em uma suíte de 1 quarto à beira-mar. 2 crianças, 2 adultos. Tínhamos muito espaço para se espalhar no quarto (que basicamente tinha o layout de um pequeno apartamento). A cozinha completa e a mesa da sala de jantar foram definitivamente úteis. Uma grande casa de banho para partilhar. O banheiro tinha uma combinação de chuveiro/banheira E um chuveiro com box ao lado. Quando voltamos da praia pude dar banho na criança enquanto a criança de 10 anos tomava banho ao mesmo tempo. Super conveniente. Muitas coisas divertidas para fazer para toda a família nos jardins do resort. As crianças nunca ficaram entediadas. Andamos pelo bairro e encontramos ótimos lugares para comer. Há uma atração de carnaval a uma curta distância de carro do resort para o qual levamos as crianças. O calçadão era ótimo. O resort tornou o relaxamento na praia conveniente, pois forneceram espreguiçadeiras e guarda-sóis. Check-in e check-out foi uma brisa. Os CONS foram que a estrutura de estacionamento não estava anexada ao resort. 1 adulto sempre tinha que voltar (ou para) a garagem de estacionamento, enquanto o outro gerenciava as crianças no resort. O outro con foi que tivemos uma bela vista do mar da nossa varanda, mas nunca poderia sair para a varanda para apreciá-lo. Havia tantos mosquitos e outros insetos voadores empoleirados na varanda que não conseguíamos nem abrir a porta com medo de que eles entrassem no quarto. Perguntamos aos funcionários do hotel se eles poderiam lavar com força ou de alguma forma resolver isso, mas eles disseram que não havia nada que pudessem fazer. Que desperdício de uma varanda perfeitamente boa.”
