“I wanted to love this place but too much went wrong. The staff are lovely and very helpful, however we paid for a junior suite, and got a deluxe room. We were only there 2 nights so I could not be bothered to argue. I was just ready to leave. Also, we booked for 2 nights but they said they only had 1 on the system. Even with proof on email etc, they were hesitant and acting funny. Very ridiculous. Glass was on the floor in the bedroom when we entered as was a piece of old food. Very weird. If we were here longer I would be livid, but again we were only here 2 nights and it was the start of our holiday so we let it fly. For the price though you cannot complain. Amenities and location was great. We loved the pool view and marley cafe. A great find if you can get over the gripes.”
