“Clean and relaxing environment, friendly and reliable staff and an overall good all inclusive package. Entertainment staff does a great job as well.
Only reason to not give full 5 stars is that their prices for non inclusive are extremely high. Example spa treatments for around $200 or using the beach canopy beds for $65”

“The buffet is boring and nothing special. The dishes don't change. The "theme" nights only had 3 different dishes(none if which were good). The rooms are VERY hot. My thermostat won't go below 75F but it stays closer to the high 70s. The climate in cancun is VERY hot and humid and it would have been nice to have a nice cool hotel room to sleep in, instead of a hot humid room. Extremely disappointed. Also, the food messed up 5 our of 7 of my parties stomachs. The staff is mostly very nice however one of the servers was very rude and disrespectful to my sister in law. We complained to the manager but they never followed up with us about it.Over all, this place is very over priced and severely under preformed. There are many other much nicer hotels in the area for similar prices.”
