Great location in San Diego, Surprisingly the suite had an odor like wet diapers and the rooms could use updating. Prices are high these days, I think we expect more not less. The beds are very comfortable with fluffy pillows luxurious feeling The Staff seemed uninterested. Everything looks nice walking in. I love Hilton hotels this experience was not the norm in my experience. We had a fantastic time here. Our room was upgraded to a corner suite and it was absolutely beautiful. We will be staying here again for sure. The rooms were clean. The breakfast area is spacious and allowed for distancing and privacy. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay. Tivemos um tempo fantástico aqui. Nosso quarto foi atualizado para uma suíte de canto e foi absolutamente lindo. Vamos ficar aqui novamente com certeza. Os quartos eram limpos. Fantastic Hotel! Friendly/helpful staff, rooms are spotless, and beds are very comfortable. I could hear footsteps above my head last night, so that was a negative (big, but only concrete floors would fix that - it obviously doesn’t have those). Shower was great too. And location was premium as well as the prices fair. Fantástico Hotel! Funcionários simpáticos / prestativos, os quartos são imaculados e as camas são muito confortáveis. This place is amazing. Girls trip, we got the 1 bedroom 2 queen bed suite. Fully functional Kitchen full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. It has a let out couch. It was three of us. So, we all slept in our own bed. The Staff was awesome Fabian was at the front desk he checked us in. Nice gentleman. Frank, Rose, Sergio Was in the dining hall. Frank & Sergio very passionate about the art in craft of being a Chef. Food was amazing. Rose was great making sure the areas stayed clean. The staff here is super friendly. It makes you want come back to visit. 5 STAR SERVICE. Thanks for making my trip memorable.

Overall the experience was EXCELLENT but I did give our stay a 4 star because the door from the parking lot that lead to the elevator closer to our room did not work and we had to use the door on the opposite side of the property. Breakfast was delicious, area outside the patio area was great as my children had fun playing chess, ping pong, and playing with jumbo jenga. Room was clean, and specious for our family. We will most defiantly be staying here on our next trip to San Diego.

Staff is very welcoming and it is such a beautiful place to stay at. The place is very clean and entrance looks beautiful. I was just so mesmerized with our stay at the hotel that I forgot to take pictures. Yet, next trip this hotel will be my option again. They offer some complimentary waters when you check-in. Breakfast is included and the hotel has a pool.

My family just finished a 5 night stay at this property. We had 6 rooms total and although they were nice rooms and the hotel is situated in a great location I cannot recommend this property and will never return. Apparently it’s a pet friendly hotel. That’s fine but pet friendly means dog poop on the pool deck and in the pool that was not cleaned up for 2 days. Dogs running leash less in the courtyard. Dogs everywhere even in the food service area.My wife was even bitten by an unattended dog in the courtyard. A room adjacent ours (room 416) had a dog that barked the entire time we were there day and night.They were extremely short handed and only made up our room once the whole time we were there. We all ran out of toilet paper and towels and the staff, although extremely friendly were completely overwhelmed. The toilet in my brothers room clogged at one point and it took 2 days to get plunged. He was snooping around the housekeeping area looking for a plunger to do it himself. The courtyard was filthy, again because they seemed so short staffed. It could be a wonderful place we’re it not for them being short staffed and overrun with unattended dogs. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation. The kids loved the complimentary hot breakfast and the pool, and our stay was quite comfortable. Beds were ok (the pull out couch was super squeaky and creaky). The shower could have used some maintenance and better cleaning (tile and grout were kind of gross) and the parking rate is a tough pill to swallow. But it’s a great location for downtown, the baseball stadium, sea world, the zoo and great beaches. The Hotel Circle area is extremely busy and densely populated; all the shopping and restaurants were very busy. But we had everything we needed and the convenience was great for us. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Definitivamente recomendaria este hotel para férias em família. As crianças adoraram o café-da-manhã com pratos quentes de cortesia e a piscina, e nossa estadia foi bastante confortável. As camas eram ok (o sofá-cama era super estridente e range). O chuveiro poderia ter usado alguma manutenção e melhor limpeza (azulejo e argamassa eram meio nojentos) e a taxa de estacionamento é uma pílula difícil de engolir. Mas é uma ótima localização para o centro da cidade, o estádio de beisebol, o mundo do mar, o zoológico e ótimas praias. A área do Hotel Circle é extremamente movimentada e densamente povoada; todas as lojas e restaurantes estavam muito ocupados. Mas tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos e a conveniência foi ótima para nós. Os funcionários do hotel foram super simpáticos e fizeram de tudo para tornar a nossa estadia confortável.

Muy recomendable es céntrico muchs tiendas bastante limpio y el personal muy servicial

Buen hotel para ir con niños. Buena ubicación, limpio y el desayuno ayuda por la mañana. Prácticamente todo a distancias cortas.

Hotel con instalaciones modernas. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias y tienen cocineta. Ambiente familiar, agradable. El servicio en mostrador es regular. El bufette necesita mejorar en calidad y variedad, aún así es aceptable.

Las habitaciones son excelentes, muy espaciosas. El desayuno es correcto y muy variado, aunque el área para servirse la comida es pequeña en relación con la cantidad de huéspedes. El personal fue muy cordial. Hay parking pago en el lugar (21 USD por día, si mal no recuerdo). El hotel se encuentra al lado de una autopista, lo que acorta considerablemente los tiempos de viaje a las atracciones turísticas.

Es un hotel grande y muy bonito. Es un hotel muy familiar y me gustó mucho la ubicación porque está a 15 minutos del centro y del zoo. Si van a hacer uso del desayuno se debe de tomar en cuenta que los domingos es hasta las 10:15 que cierran una puerta y ya no puedes servirte, y los demás días hasta las 9:10. Me gustó mucho este hotel y disfruté mucho mi estadía :)
