“Estruturas carentes de manutenção. Uniformes profissionais desgastados. Recepção horrívelmente lenta tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Reutilização de copos plásticos com péssima higienização, nos bares das piscinas. Enxoval incompleto nos banheiros. Muitas piscinas pouca limpeza. Serviço de praia quase inexistente. Reduzidas opções de refeições nos quartos. Serviço de Câmbio deixa a desejar.”

“The best place for breakfast is the adults only beach side buffet. The food is really good and the staff extremely helpful. Yesterday I was doing a scuba diving lesson in the pool that ran a bit late and I probably wasn’t going to be able to go back to my room to get changed before they shut so Mirna asked me what I wanted to eat and when I got back my food was ready on my table. This is really excellent service and goes far beyond what you could expect.”
