I was going to wait to write a review until after our stay was over but I wanted to share my thoughts now as I am quite impressed! We are in Austin visiting my oldest son. Arrived yesterday and staying until Monday. I typically am not a fan of the breakfast amenity at hotels. Usually grab a coffee and bolt to the nearest breakfast restaurant. Today, I was pleasantly surprised and glad I went down for coffee. The breakfast area is spotless. There are many items to appeal to the masses. Edinita (probably not spelled properly) handles this area like a pro! Well done! The staff here has been friendly and service oriented from the time we checked in. I anticipate the rest of our stay to be as enjoyable as the first day has been. Great job!

Very nice! Nice comfortable rooms and pet friendly 😊. Convenient to shopping areas and restaurants. Love the large space to walk the dogs. The staff was great. I will definitely be back when I have to go back to Austin.

Stayed here with a friend because we were on a dive trip. The staff was amazingly helpful, and the service was great. Breakfast was one of the biggest reasons I'll go back due to the variety and freshness of everything. Staff did a great job to ensure everything was always full and warm. I'm actually staring to look up staying at Hampton Inn's more often because of how great the breakfast was(food and staff).

Typical Hampton Inn experience...rooms decent...wished they had more single bed rooms...from a business traveler view...good price for what you get...which includes breakfast.Location is good...near major highways.Front desk staff are very nice.

La atención en éste sitio es excelente.Buena actitud, muy buen personal.Lo único que no me gustó es que los tarros de basura no tenían bolsa y son muy muy pequeños,entonces se me acumulaba la basura y cuando la sacaba, el tarro grande tenía una abertura pequeña y se dificultaba meterla.En mi caso viajé con un bebé, probablemente si vas sólo de negocios no haya problema.También les dijimos que no nos arreglaran la habitación y cuando regresamos lo habían hecho.Por lo demás está muy bien.Resalto que el personal es muy amable.No le doy más estrellas porque el lugar es básico.Tiene apenas lo necesario para ir de negocios o cosas así, pero para familias con niños no es un buen lugar.

For the complimentary breakfast, reconstituted eggs were gross, bacon was undercooked, but it was about what I expected for a budget hotel. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, service was friendly.
