“La verdad muy bonito el hotel, tiene un pequeño bar/restaurante donde sirven desayuno y cena ( no incluidos), gym y piscina, la ubicación muy buena si llegas o sales por el aeropuerto Hobby al sur de Houston, la habitación muy bonita y cómoda. Pero hubieron unosinconvenientes además de que la atención fue regular, primero que si bien cuando estuve en el hotel no había agua por la tormentainvernal Uri debían buscar la manera de desaguar el inodoro y no dejar que el huésped se encuentre las suciedades de alguien más, solo pusieron un paño encima y ya. Cuando baje a preguntar y contar lo que me paso y encontré de una vez sin siquiera haber terminado de hablar yo el encargado del lobby me dice " No puedo hacer cancelación o devolución una vez cobrado" yo ni siquiera estaba diciendo eso simplemente quería saber que se podía hacer, cuando recalco mi pregunta me dice que se puede tomar agua de la piscina con el basurero de la habitación para limpiar el inodoro, entonces pregunto ahora, ¿por qué ellos no lo hacen? ¿Por que tiene uno que revolverse el estómago después de un día de estrés y cansancio? Muy mal hecho la verdad. Luego cuando el agua estaba llegando enviaron a ciertas habitaciones al de mantenimiento, eso fue a eso de las 7:00 am, toco la puerta dos veces y entro, habíamos olvidado poner el seguro a la puerta, me levanté rápidamente para decirle que la habitación estaba ocupada ( lo cual ellos deberían de tenerlo en un registro) y me golpeé muy duro un pie con el filo de la cama, se me hinchó y puso morado. Me parece que no tienen control o registro de quien está en una habitación y quien no. Pésima experiencia la verdad”

“Quarto era muito limpo. A recepção foi um ótimo serviço ao cliente. Eles tinham um bar e restaurante no lobby que muitas pessoas pareciam gostar. Só gostaria que eles tivessem um café da manhã incluído. Eles têm um, mas não incluído nas noites de estadia. Se vou pagar por um café da manhã típico de hotel, prefiro ir até um café da manhã para mães e pais e pagar o mesmo por comida de melhor qualidade, pois a comida que eles ofereceram por uma taxa extra era da mesma qualidade que outros colocaram fora para incluído.”
