Water in jacuzzi and hamam not fresh. Shower near sauna only cold. Water in jacuzzi too hot, in pool too cold. No ice generator. Moscow DoubleTree much better, look how they done SPA.

I went there for using the spa, stuff is very friendly. I took a Swedish message but today there is a huge pain everywhere in my body specially neck and shoulders, i took a pill this morning bcs. Of the pain... I'm living in italy and im having Thai message once a month. Thai message is even harder then Swedish one but i never had that kind of a pain before. I also specially worn the lady about that because whenever i had a message in turkey this is happening. Idk maybe people are not so professional in tr. Lastly, i paid 750 tl for Swedish mesaage(37 euro) (btw. aramo therapy 700 tl, bali 800 - 850 tl) and there was a price list on the reception desk. Prices were written in euro and it was saying 80 euro for Swedish message, i asked if those are old prices or did i have a discount, they said these are for international guests stays in the hotel. I got shock bcs it means they are having douple standarts, i told this to lady on the desk but she couldn't give me any answer. It is quite sad that one of the 'famous' hotel in tuzla having douple standarts for internationals. Although stuff are nice, environment is clean and relaxing, i dont think that i will go there again for spa.

A nice hotel next to the wharfs. Theres not really much around here but I used it for a night after my late arrival at SAW Airport. It reached within 15min by taxi. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious and there is everything you need. My room even had a nice terrace. I just did my second stay. Still great. The breakfast is top notch.

Lovely clean hotel, rooms.where nice and clean and as expected for a Hilton. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, trying to do everything they could to make the stay great. Meals including breakfast in the hotel were really good. Hotel has two pools one outside and one in the basement,. There is also a roof top terrace with great views over the surrounding area.
