“Perhaps if it was not considered a five star hotel it would be worthy of higher than two stars, but you expect a certain level of service at a five star hotel. We received no bottles of water upon checking in. We had to call multiple times to get them to plug our Tesla into their only Tesla charger even though they confirmed twice that they would do it. Three out of the four times we called Valet they said via in automated recording that they were too busy and we would have to go down and show them our tickets. We had to call multiple times to get a refrigerator in our room. Their breakfast buffet while good was definitely not what you expect at a five star hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and again it was very much average with a fairly small standard bath.”

“First stop, VALET! AMAZING CREW! They’re the first people that you see before you even check in. I had multiple valets guys running to open my door and help me with my car. Check in was easy and fast, (we had Eric) he was extremely helpful with the details of the hotel and where to go since this was our first stay at this hotel. The only complaint I have is the bartenders on the poolside are rude, when we asked a simple question they brushed it away and rudely answered. Everything else was GREAT! The room is super clean, and they have room service for anything you need. Would definitely stay again, and planning on my next stay already.”
