“Front desk staff not knowledgeable and rude. Tv/cable not working in room. Reported it, front desk was sending someone and no one ever showed up to fix it.When inquiring about a specific group rate, manager on duty stated it was above his level and that his boss does that. Asked to speak with this boss and he said they weren’t in. Then continues to ask me for for the group code for the discount (same one I asked about), just leaves you running around in circles.Group reservation was made, everything got messed up although specific names were inputted to certain rooms in the reservation although I went there ahead of time to make sure things were in order. Asked to see a room ahead of time and front desk staff said they are all dirty. Group checked in and room keys were given to wrong people in the party. Room type and customer names (reservation) were all in the system yet got all mixed up.Beds are uncomfortable and breakfast is ok. If you can, steer clear of this location. Go to Comfort Inn next door. Very friendly and helpful staff that isn’t rude and condescending to their customers.”

“As meninas que estão trabalhando aqui são incríveis! Eu não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre eles. Eles nos ajudaram de muitas maneiras. Tivemos um estouro de banheiro à noite (o que não foi um problema do hotel) e a garota da noite foi acima e além para nos ajudar. Então nosso carro alugado não ligou e a garota da manhã tentou nos ajudar a pular nosso carro. Ambos foram tão gentis e prestativos. O hotel era bom e limpo, mas sua equipe é incrível! Eles merecem aumentos por nos aturar!”
