“Let me just say if I could give the hotel zero stars I would. I booked a week vacation with my husband at the grand Hyatt and booked and all inclusive package with the hotel. When I arrived to the hotel they told me that I did not have an all inclusive package and that the reason my confirmation said all inclusive was because the name of the hotel was grand Hyatt all inclusive package.
They just didn’t clean our room at the second day!
We didn’t have water nothing! We called 7 times to request water to our room wow they just never sent it to us,
The worst room service ever!!!!!!!!!
And in the breakfast they didn’t have even room inside to the the place to eat, they just requested people to eat out side in the worst weather condition!!
With all my heart they just don’t worth the money! Expect of nice pool there is nothing there !!

“We had the best time at the Grand Hyatt! The day pass is absolutely worth getting. The different pools, easy beach access, and great service make this a definite yes when you visit Playa del Carmen. The drinks are good and the burgers were well seasoned. Chicken strips are bland though. Service is wonderful also.”
