“The rooms are extremely dated and just feel dirty. AC is very loud. Bathroom is small and feels like a locker room. Trying to take a shower was very unpleasant. The water pressure is too high and the drain too slow, so water immediately begins pooling. The shower is small and water will splash all over the bathroom unless the shower head is directed towards the shower wall. The complimentary toiletries are horrible quality and a tiny size, although I'm not sure if the hotel has any control over that? The lighting in the room is bad and the window in my room was small, don't plan to do any work in here if that's an issue for you. I didn't get any info about the restaurant when I checked in and they have no information anywhere online. Couldn't sleep due to loud neighbors on my second night, yelling and slamming their door. Breakfast menu is too limited and overpriced. The good: the four large pillows were lovely and the gym has everything I needed.”

“I’m adding to my original review and lowered to 3 stars. Thinking on it, there was no housekeeping service, so never got fresh towels, or trash dumped and 2 cans in room were very small, one in bathroom didn’t even have trash bag. Didn’t even tell us upon check in that we had a $15 daily food credit , since we didn’t get to take advantage of that, they should apply to ridiculous $19 a night parking fee to park in lot, 🤬😡 which by the way, makes no sense!! I can see charging if you don’t stay there, but seriously, charging guests to park their cars is criminal and way too high for no security or even covered. The restaurant wasn’t a restaurant, breakfast buffet only and like $21 and food wasn’t anything special at all!! Only staff member was rude, and there were only 2 people seated at the time I went in to check it out. Didn’t even try it for that price! Didn’t even offer flavored creamers!! No USB ports, good thing I brought my adapter. Windows very dirty, sofa full of stains. Found previous guest’s sock on floor.
On a good note: bed was very comfortable and water pressure for shower was great. No shower cap, which I think you can get at a Motel6. I understand hotels were hit hard during pandemic, but come on, this is Hilton and rates are costly. Elevator was quick, so that was nice. Also charged a pet fee $50!! 😡 after checkout. Never mentioned that either and room was reserved with pet notification.
So it was just, okay. I expected much better for a Hilton. Disappointed”

We stayed of total of 3 nights. They told us there's no laundry. There's no Happy Hour but have private parties with bar tenders there.
They don't offer room cleaning at all during your stay. I heard from another guest the maid was in her room but didn't clean it? Why was she in there. Rooms are small no room to unpack or open your suitcase. Breakfast is $23 per person (over price) we didn't eat there.
Beds feel more like Full size rather than Queen size.
I would not stay here again

Not up to Hilton standard! Two of the lights were out in our room. We had one set of towels and one of the towels smelled Horribly! I spilled coffee on my sheets and I asked for them to be changed. Whomever picked up at the house cleaning phone said they can’t change them because I checked in the day before. Seriously? After complaining a bit to front desk they agreed to change the sheets. Need more towels, soap or TP? You have to come and get at front desk.
A positive is that the pillows are very comfortable and the arrival was smooth and fast. The location is great as you are across the street from shops and dining.
Overall i feel this Hilton is tired and need some updating and better trained staff.

Sure wish I read the reviews before booking.
So, first off - it’s not all bad; here’s the highlights. -Room is clean
-You can get it as cold as you want
-Good shower and water pressure.
-Bed and pillows are comfortable
But, you should consider the following:
-Other than a room, there are no amenities. I mean even the lobby market place left allot to be desired.
-one, very small trash can in the whole room. Seriously??
-upon check-in, I had no soap or shampoo. Now, to their credit, they brought some up after I mentioned it, but seriously?, this is a Hilton for Pete’s sake!
-As a business traveler, I’d like some amenities at the end of 13-14 hours of meetings and whatnot. Luckily there are restaurants nearby, but come-on Hilton…you’re leaving money on the table.
So this will be a one and done for me. I’m sure management will respond with the same message we see on the other reviews; a canned statement, “we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations…blah, blah, blah.” Talk is cheap, but your hotel isn’t and my money will be better spent elsewhere.

$20 Parking Expensive

Checked in on a cold December day. Informed about the $20 parking fee even though 90% of the parking was gated or roped off. The word âGougingâ comes to mind. The room was clean and at Hilton...

It's a Hilton

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, everything works, the breakfast is good, it's really nice being able to self-park - in other words, what you'd expect from a Hilton. I have stayed here...
