“Eliminar mi alto ranking anterior. Porque algunas cosas variaban de 4 y 5 a 2, y la última fue 0 estrellas. ¿Por qué? ... se les cobró de más después de que se les cotizara una cantidad específica. El excedente fue de aproximadamente 600 libras más que la cotización, que fue anotada por el recepcionista, por lo que es una cantidad significativa. Mi esposo no miró y yo no vi la hoja de papel que le entregaron justo cuando subíamos al taxi para el aeropuerto. Así que le dije a mi compañía de tarjeta de crédito que disputamos el cargo.
