“Natalie wasvHorribly disrespectful. I'm an elite Gold member and have never been hung up on 3 times while explaining why I'm upset. They have parking all the way in the back at this hotel and I just so happen to leave my key on the second floor so I decided to wave because I seen a maid and I was totally ignored she didn't even acknowledge my presence but stared at me three times. So then I knocked and that did not work and then I called the front desk and happened to speak to a young lady named Natalie. Of course I sounded frustrated because I was trying to get into the hotel feels like 100° out here and I had been moving luggage Natalie had no sympathy for me and was quick to hang up when she heard the frustration in my voice. I was explaining to her that I was a guest who was locked out and I was trying to confirm my room number and name and she wouldn't even listen. I've stayed at many hotels and for my past experience I've had front desk agents contact maids to help me get in I've had front desk agents get other associates to come help me such as janitors. After she hung up on me the first time I called back to confirm her name and told her I was going to make a report with corporate and she hung up in my face again. She is very disrespectful and self-centered she showed no courtesy for customer relations or problems. I believe she should not be working front desk if she can't address issues with customers properly she built a negative environment for me and my family. For my stay here I spent $60,000 points and I would like a refunded for how she treated me and my family. And you guys should we think having parking in the back if you guys cannot assist people who leave their keys because that is a very far walk”

“Hotel staff is nice however corporate really neglects this place. Rooms need refurbishment badly. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and upstairs vacationers. I'd suggest ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. For over $200 a night I expected attention more. As a gold member corporate won't even let them get water from Costco to give to us "preferred travelers." Closest food places are about a 15 min walk. At over $200 a night I wouldn't Stay here again. I also think they charge separately for parking. Internet was stable and fast. Easy to use. Room was clean. AC worked fine. Nice little sitting area in king size bed room. Loved the little side table. It was useful for putting tablet on. TV was large and I used the fridge.”
