“Had a 4 night stay, the facilities and service were good but the management of the hotel has completely gutted all globalist amenities. No elite line for check in and checkout meant 15+ minute waits for both. Requested a globalist room upgrade and was denied but offered a paid upgrade. Club lounge is closed despite the rates saying with club access, the replacement restaurant charged me $60 pesos per water, definitely not a fitting replacement, more of a bait and switch. Requested a late checkout but that was also denied. A 5 star property for sure but definitely not a place that welcomes globalists”

“This resort was absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen such a nice and accommodating staff. And the complimentary activities they had every day were so fun. From kayaking to Zumba to salsa dancing to tie dye and everything in between. The location is perfect and the amenities are incredible. We will definitely be going back!”
