El servicio es muy lento, y hay veces que ni te atienden, las albercas son bonitas, mi único pero es que en los pasillos te encuentras con cucarachas y eso muy desagradable, ya que te quedas con muy pocas ganas de volver. La comida del restaurante La primavera es buena, los marcos no los recomiendo, no hay sazón sabe feo y insípido. La verdad no volvería, no vale lo que cobran. La comida te ponen la de un día anterior, aunque este suoer seca y ya sabe muy refrigerada. En la barra te ponen que es un tamal oaxaqueño con pollo, lo tomas y resulta ser un tamal oaxaqueño con huevo. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Amazing all-inclusive Hotel. The service is excellent. Staff is really friendly and professional. The rooms are recently renovated after Wyndham took the Hotel over from Omni. For a more quiet stay, choose a lagoon view room, the sunset on this side is amazing and you won't have the noise from the pool activities. The hotel has 5 dinner options a fish restaurant at the beach, a Italian restaurant, a Brazilian restaurant, a buffet and roomservice. But keep in mind that you need to make reservations for some and there is a dress code.

Hermoso lugar, muy limpio, buen servicio, la comida es buena y los bares me encantaron, la playa no me gusto tanto, habia seaweed y el oleaje esta un poco fuerte, pero todo lo demás esta increíble, las habitaciones super bonitas, limpias y cómodas.Nos trataron super bien a pesar que éramos grupos grandes ya que íbamos a una boda.

We had some issues the first night, nothing to do with the hotel. Edwin, our server actually turned our week right around! Seriously every night he was taking care of us! Luis as well(I think he was a manager or supervisor). The food was great! We went to the buffet every morning and never found anything we didn’t like. Room service always said 20-30 minutes but I swear it was delivered in 10! The Wyndham just took over and I hope we can book again with the same service we had before! We love it here!! Thank you so much to Edwin!!!!!

Me encanta el servicio, la comida y el lugar. Pero esta última vez están remodelando y el ruido es demasiado en las habitaciones desde 8am. Está bien remodelar, pero hubiera sido mejor que nos avisaran antes de reservar o asignarnos de inicio a otro lugar, no esperar a que nos quejaramos.Update de review: Ozzi y Melissa nos dieron un excelente servicio, y nos movieron de habitación. Tuvimos algunos detalles de servicio, principalmente en algunos restaurantes por que es temporada baja y se ve falta de personal. Sin embargo, todos fueron muy atentos y nos resolvieron sin problemas. Por eso nos encanta venir acá. Ya queremos ver como terminan las remodelaciones.

Acabo de regresar de este hotel, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, la verdad fue muy ameno estar hospedada ahí, me gustó mucho la comida y bebidas, en las noches tienes que reservar en algunos de los restaurantes, te recomiendo hacerlo con mucha anticipación, yo no alcance en uno y me quedé con las ganas. En general todo bien 😊

The staff at the hotel is great. The hotel is nice but can be updated in some areas. The main reason for 3 stars is the food. The food quality was not good at all. We ended up having to each lunch and dinner outside of the hotel because we didn't want to stay hungry. Also, the membership club tour is very unnecessary. They say it will take 90 minutes for the membership club, but we ended up being stuck 2.5hrs while they were trying their best to sell us the membership. This resort is changing names and will be managed by Wyndham in October so maybe things will change for the better. The resort has a lot of potential.

Excelente estancia, un lugar muy agradable la atención de todo el personal excelente y mi agradecimiento algunos nombres que todavía recuerdo 1.- El mejor Antonio en kukus beach la mejor atención el mejor lugar con buena música. 2.- Juan en Viva México grandes recomendaciones. 3.- Bernardo me parece que se llama en restaurante en la playa La Piña a la hora del desayuno, y muchas personas más realizan un excelente trabajo y que hicieron de mi estancia muy agradable. Los puntos rojos solo son la calidad de la cerveza que se da en el hotel, pero en fin no soy socio y no puedo exigir.En el bar junto al lobby la cerveza tenía muy mal olor y sabor. The staff here is extremely sweet and accommodating! Resort was clean overall and had several spaces to relax at and explore. If you plan on going to the pool for the day, get there early to get a chair for yourself! It’s very limited and fill up fast. My only complaint is the online system for booking reservations at restaurants- I had an issue everyday where restaurants would “book up” and I had to speak to the concierge every time, despite me waking up at 7am every day (right as bookings open). I was told that reservations just book up fast, but when I go to the restaurants themselves, they look relatively empty (I guess they do it this way because they’re short on staff). Either way, it’s a very inconvenient system and I wish that there was a way to book reservations in advance rather than waking up everyday to make it the day of. Regardless, the staff were still very helpful and friendly.

El hotel está bien considerando que es 4 estrellas. Tiene buen servicio, la gente hace su trabajo y los que están en el restaurante son muy amables y serviciales. En actividades de entrenamiento lo hacen bien y con gusto. Solo el yoga, sería mejor que tuvieran un maestro o maestra certificada y empezaran puntuales. Y que dejarán llevar snacks a todas la zonas de alberca.

This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure! Just came back after 7 day holiday. The staff was wonderful. The food was great. Really enjoyed the sushi and the Brazilian steak house. The hotel was more family oriented during our stay but it was a great experience.

Hotel needs some cosmetic improvements. The rooms are big, bed is horribly hard and uncomfortable. They clean rooms everyday even when you ask them not to. They kept taking our towels but not leaving clean ones so we had to call and ask front desk to send some to our room. Air conditioning in our room did not work well. In our friends rooms the AC worked good. Pools are nice and clean. Entertainment was okay for the six nights we were there. Staff was accommodating but definitely need more employees that speak and understand English!!! Food was very bland!!! Beach was covered in seaweed so we couldn’t use it but it cleared on our last day so we got to dip our toes in ocean. Not planning a return trip to this hotel.

Vengo de un hotel 3 estrellas en playa del Carmen, para una boda en este hotel. Ahorita me encuentro en el, aunque es muy grande y con ciertos lujos de hoteles 5 estrellas, las habitaciones tienen muchas deficiencias cómo camas sucias, cuartos aledaños dónde se escucha completamente todo hacia el otro lado, no se puede ni dormir, y mucho menos quejarse. El servicio de bebidas y alimentos es horrible, las personas que dan servicio en su mayoría (no todos) lo hacen de mala gana e incluso groseros, ya van varios. Pero los meseros del restaurantes "viva México" son groseros y hacen todo de malas (excepto la recepcionista de ahí). Las reservaciones a los restaurantes no se pueden hacer fluidamente, hacen eventos privados e inhabilitan experiencias, muchas quejas más. Lo bueno es que la vista es expectatular, hay líquidos suficientes en la habitación para hidratarse, la comida en los restaurantes, fue promedio. en general, vean bien los comentarios antes de aventarse a este hotelucho.

It was a nice resort I had an all inclusive and thought it was a very nice place. I stayed for 5 nights.When I got back to my house I realized $200 was missing from the money I brought. I kept the money in the safe the whole time and I think one of the room keepers took it because nobody else was in the room. Throughout the days the safe had an error twice and we had to call room service to use the master key and unlock it.

La marea se tragó la playa, es asombroso y terrible. A cambio, ofrecen otras facilites. El jamón de los sandwiches del Servicio room, es pésimo, el papel sanitario de las habitaciones, malísimo. Han bajado la calidad de los materiales. El personal es amable y capacitado, hacen su trabajo muy bien. La administración ha exagerado en su plan de ahorros.

The resort was not all that the reviews were hyped up to be. However, this is an older resort and it shows. Decent pools and the sushi bar is great. Keep in mind you have to wait at least an hour before you get your sushi. The food was subpar. I have traveled to many places and the food was equivalent to a school cafeteria food. However the restaurant staff were nice. The bed linen as far as the coverlets are old and need to be replaced. Our rooms also had a certain smell which was very displeasing. Against my better judgment we listened to their sales pitch. The young lady who gave us a tour of the resort was really nice. The man trying to seal the deal talked in circles for over 30 minutes and we still had no clue what they were offering and the cost. At that point, I had given up enough of my time. He brought over another guy who was rude and upset because we would not purchase what they were offering. I would never pay to have to come back to this resort. I would not come back if it was free. He ended up tearing up the paper and telling us we were free to go, which I didn't need him to tell me as I was leaving. I traveled to another vacation destination and decided to do their Vacation Club. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach but everyday the staff worked to clean it up. Our friend were on a higher floor and there rooms were flooded. This ranked as my least favorite resorts I have visited.

We are spending our winter break at this resort. We like the view of the hotel and there is a restaurant by the beach which has a fantastic view. That being said, the hotel staffs are not friendly and everyone just makes you uncomfortable when they do something for you. The staff also keep asking for tips and this is frustrating for us as we did not bring any cache with us and are not comfortable using ATM machines here to withdraw cache. Also the food here is moderate at best. They don’t have enough restaurants for lunch. There are two counters offer sushi and burgers which have small capacities. Besides these two counters, there is only another restaurant which is open for lunch. For dinner, there are more places. But reservations are required and getting reservations seem impossible.

Al principio llegamos predispuestos pues hicimos todo atravesando de una agencia de nombre Intervis la cual deberían de multar por su falta de profesionalismoy abuso ya que tuvieron el dinero y después pedían que teníamos que estar casados etc….. pues batallamos mucho con ellos,……. Pero en conclusión el 99% de nuestra estadía estuvo perfecta, las instalaciones muy completas, la variedad de los Alimentos en sus diferentes áreas para comer excelente, pero ir al restaurant italiano Da Vinci un menú muy completo para cenar toda la semana sin tener que repetir el menú ningún día, todo su personal siempre amable, Michelle hace muy buen trabajo excelente apoyo a los meseros, espero el hotel pronto la reconozca y la hacienda de puesto 👏👏. Felicidades a los meseros Alfredo, Ivan, Oliver, rigoberto que buen servicio y al chef y su personal que rico cocinan 👏👏👏

Visual impressionante, quartos com opções de vista para o mar ou para o lago, ambos maravilhosos. Ótimas opções de restaurantes, Sushi Bar, Grill, Italiano, além do buffet, todos com comida de excelente qualidade e sempre com novidades. Todo dia há um tipo diferente de atração no hotel. Próximo ao centro e ao Coco Bongo. Deixa a desejar na recepção, todos nossos conhecidos foram recebidos por um funcionário seco. E precisa melhorar na qualidade das roupas de cama, pelo nível do hotel, deixa a desejar. Mas nada é de má qualidade. Ótima opção.

Estuvimos en noviembre de 2021 en este Hotel, la verdad íbamos con unas expectativas un poco bajas por las reseñas que habíamos leído. Y debo decir que quedamos sorprendido sobre todo por el servicio increíble de todo el personal del hotel. Si bien sus instalaciones no son de las más modernas tampoco es que el hotel está descuidado. Habitaciones muy limpias y con buena limpieza. La comida del hotel sin duda es de resaltar, nos encantó todos los restaurantes (La paloma, La vista, Piña colada, Da Vinci, etc) Mención especial para Edgar Leiva siempre nos atendía de una manera espectacular en el restaurante La vista, que es Rodizio de carnes.Sin duda alguna volvería a este hotel por qué nos la pasamos espectacular y quedamos sorprendido con la calidad y calidez de atención.Quizás lo único malo es que en esta zona la playa de Cancún siempre para con bandera roja, pero lastimosamente eso es por la naturaleza no depende del hotel.

El hotel es grande, pues cuenta con bastantes instalaciones. La mayoría del personal es muy amable y hacen muy amena la estancia. El lugar cuenta con bastantes restaurantes, todos son amplios y algunos requieren reservación para la cena además de que cuentan con código de vestimenta. Los bares tienen variedad de bebidas y espacios suficientes para los huéspedes. Cuenta con 4 albercas y 1 Jacuzzi exclusivo para los miembros vip, además de salas para los mismos. Las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con clima y una excelente vista al mar. Los encargados de la limpieza son amables y rápidos. Adicionalmente cuentan con sala de trabajo, tienda de regalos, sala para conferencia, cajero, joyería, salas para niños, servicio de niñera, Spa, gimnasio e incluso un área para contratar tours o entradas a los bares de la zona hotelera. En general se disfruta la estancia. ☺️

Worst customer service I’ve seen at a hotel on this or any level. Another place would give you better value for your money. AVOID We tried to book an airport transfer and didn’t get any response on four different emails and ten phone calls. They simply don’t answer and when they did pick up eventually they said the only person who knows how to book the shuttle only comes in at 11 am. The real kicker is that when we arrived (on our own) no one cared about this. The manager, Gustavo, promised to make it up for us and that translated to getting a room one floor higher in the hotel. Also, different employees in the hotel give different prices for the tours they offer if you book via them (???)

The restaurants run off of reservations in the evening.We had a reservation for 8pm for us snd our kids (10 and 14).We arrive on time and not only do they not have a table for us, the manager says that even if they did, they would not let us in because of the kids.The manager made up a no kids rule but place was full of kids and the group immediately in front of us had a girl younger than our 10 year old.It seems no one on thr property can do anything about it.There are three restaurants on the property, the second one is full (you know, because we didn’t make a reservation to that one).I think the first restaurant overbooked and made up a reason to make us leave.

Durante la estadía todo fue casi perfecto. Desafortunadamente hace aproximadamente un mes, olvidé unas identificaciones en el club vacacional que esta dentro del hotel y ninguna persona ha podido ayudarme a coordinar el envío por paqueteria. Es una lastima que un detalle así manche la estancia que tuvimos ahí. Tal vez no ocupen de mis recomendaciones pero yo como agente de viajes,jamas recomendaría nuevamente ese hotel.

Una super experiencia, all inclusive,es impresionante como todo el personal es tan atento y amable,es definitivamente el lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones deliciosas, no hace falta salir del hotel, la estadía es muy agradable, cuenta con varios restaurantes y todos de exelente calidad, el mexicano, el de espadas brasileñas, de mariscos y el italiano,la barra de sushi magnífica, al igual que la de café, dónde puedes disfrutar un frappé exquisito con un pastelito, Gerardo te atiende súper bien,hay actividades para todos, kids club, albercas supercómodas, shows, noche de Karaoke, de casino, etc, las habitaciones comodísimas, bar y bar en la piscina, fuimos con toda la familia y todos la pasamos de maravilla, lo súper recomiendo, obviamente volveremos, sin ninguna duda.

Surprisingly deceptive policy and extremely poor customer service. I have been able to travel quite a lot and make it a habit to read very carefully through refund policies and such. This time was no different. I read through and grabbed a screenshot of each step of the reservation process and reviewed the email I received after booking. They all clearly stated that we would qualify for a refund if we were unable to go, so we went ahead and booked in good faith. Sadly, we were unable to go, at which point we found out we “did not qualify for a refund”. We had an email exchange with a representative and shared the email/screenshots to show why we had booked in good faith, only to be rebuffed three times. Finally, after clicking around quite a bit, I found their policy under “Rate Details” and it contradicted what was clearly stated on the other screens and in the confirmation email we received. Very deceptive. Even though I anticipated something like this and was careful, they hid it well enough to prevent me from seeing the policy until they had charged me already. Extremely disappointed in their customer service.

Estadia excelente!! Muito bem recepcionados, minha esposa e eu passamos 7 dias no Omni Resort e todos os serviços foram prestados com excelência! Cancun é um lugar maravilhoso, Cocobongo, passeios, tudo maravilhoso!! Fico impressionado com pessoas que reclamam tanto do local e das instalações, geralmente essas pessoas já carregam uma carga ruim em suas vidas e atraem realmente coisas infelizes! Fica aqui o meu gesto de gratidão aos funcionários do Omni Resort e Vilas e ao povo Mexicano, que assim como nós são pessoas de bem e muito batalhadoras! Obrigado!!!

Nos dieron un tour por el hotel,las habitaciones más lujosas son de 3 pisos y con tanta escalera es muy peligroso, además son angostas,a penas pude subir las escaleras con mi bebé en brazos,tienen buena vista al mar ! Pero para una familia con niños o adultos mayores es un problema .

Estuvela semana pasada en este Hotel,la comida es la mima todos los días, no hay variedad de nada, La limpieza en los cuartos es muy pésima si no los dices que lo limpien no lo hacen. Al personal si no le das propina no te atienden bien. Pagamos ALL INCLUSIVEpor cierto muy caro, y cuando hacen eventos privados comoBODAS U OTROS EVENTOS CERCA DEL MAR ELLOS CIERRAN TODOS LOS ACCESOS A LOS DEMAS HUÉSPEDES. ME MOLESTO QUE FUIMOS AL MAR Y QUISIMOS QUITARNOS LA ARENA EN LAS REGADERAS Y NO! NOS DEJARON TUVIMOS QUE SUBIR AL HASTA EL.CUARTO A ENJUAGARNOS EL CUERPO . Not the experience we thought is was going to be.If I had to choose it all over again, I would Go back on a cruise.They tell you "All Inclusive" but it wasn't. Beach was horrible, food was not 5 star food,Golden Corral and a Chinese Buffet combination would have offered about the same or better food and the bed was hard as a rock. Positive note, place was clean and staff was nice.Beware of excursions they try to sell.We Bought a all day snorkeling adventure and pretty much rode on a big double deck boat for 6 hours listening to music.Snorkeled for 30 mins out of 8 hours so that was a waste of 160.00 dollars.

No traíamos muchas expectativas del hotel ,pero la verdad nos dejó con un muy buen sabor de boca ,la comida en el restaurante DaVinci es la mejor ,en el de comida brasileña es buena ,el sushi fue mi favorito .Los meseros siempre muy atentos y amables, con una sonrisa . No recuerdo sus nombres pero todos sin excepción. Un día hicimos una reserva en el restaurante y al llegar no estaba ,pero aun así la respetaron y nos dieron lugar a pesar de ser 9 personas , exelente trabajo. Como punto a trabajar seria el restaurante la pakoma en el desayuno ,ya q todos los días es el mismo bufet y después de dos o tres días, si ya no se antoja .

Experiencia muy mala por el malinchismo que hay. El personal es muy despectivo con los mexicanos en especial los meseros, ya que se desviven por atender a los extranjeros. Instalaciones bien!! La limpieza de la habitación mala,la dejaban oliendo mal, personal muy poco en los restaurantes y en la alberca. Los snacks llegaban a tardar 1 hora 😔. En resúmen no volvería a esté hotel

The staff was tremendous. Wilberto and Francisco were on point at both bars and had our next drink ready when the one we had was almost done. Chocolate, Anthony and Alejandro we all excellent at keeping us entertained each day and night and the other entertainment was great as well outside of the pool. Ulysses was a great waiter who made sure we were feed as much as we needed. We met a bunch of new friends there and enjoyed our trip! It was a great week!

Acredito que Cancun é uma cidade muito super estimada. Passei 7 dias nela com minha namorada, fizemos todos os passeios possíveis como praias, parque aquático , Isla Mujeres, Ruinas, etc.. e em todas tivemos a mesma impressão, de que eram passeios muito aquem e bem abaixo da expectativa que haviamos criado. Não seria besteira dizer que se ignorarmos a experiencia de estar conhecendo uma nova cultura, praias como Natal, Arraial e Cabo frio superam e muito as de Cancun em estrutura. O hotel vai na mesma linha de avaliação, deixa a desejar em vários fatores, com exceção do café da manhã. Above and beyond our expectations! The customer service is top notch. We enjoyed a private dinner on the beach and were blown away by the service Daniel provided us. Inside dining & drinks were just as great. Carlos at La Paloma & Ciro at the Lobby Bar were excellent and very attentive. Couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely be coming back for years to come thanks to Mike with their Vacation Club program who helped us secure our own spot here at Omni.

The buffet is boring and nothing special. The dishes don't change. The "theme" nights only had 3 different dishes(none if which were good). The rooms are VERY hot. My thermostat won't go below 75F but it stays closer to the high 70s. The climate in cancun is VERY hot and humid and it would have been nice to have a nice cool hotel room to sleep in, instead of a hot humid room. Extremely disappointed. Also, the food messed up 5 our of 7 of my parties stomachs. The staff is mostly very nice however one of the servers was very rude and disrespectful to my sister in law. We complained to the manager but they never followed up with us about it.Over all, this place is very over priced and severely under preformed. There are many other much nicer hotels in the area for similar prices.

Omni Resort and Villas was an excellent experience for my girlfriend and I. Beautiful beaches, wonderful staff and great food. They went above and beyond to make sure the entire Resort was always clean, Covid free and to make sure very single guest was properly taken care of. The food is delicious, drinks are great and they always have fun games in the pool area. Amazing experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely go back.

My girlfriends family and I stayed at this resort for the better part of a week in July 2021. We had a room with a ocean view which was spectacular. I spent many a morning/evening enjoying the breathtaking view with a cold drink in my hand. As to the food it was mediocre at best, as a matter fact I booked a beer and taco tour outside the hotel so we could get some decent food in us. Mexican food in my opinion is among the best on earth and it wasn't represented well at this establishment. My go to was the poolside grill that served top notch burgers and wings. As for the drinks they were good and yes a bit watered down and not very strong, although I can understand this as they probably want patrons drinking all day and not all wasted by noon. Service can also be slow at the bar because of the sheer numbers of people wanting a drink. The best way to get your drinks in a timely manner is to become aquatinted with the bar tenders and always tip, many a time they saw myself in the crowd and noticeably made a effort to get my drink order in among the first. All in all a very good experience because of the room we chose and the staff that was very accommodating. Now they just got to hire a better head chef. If I ever go back to Cancun, I may look at some other places to stay, but wouldn't be against enjoying this resort again.

Had a reservation for a week in this resort and the night before our arrival my in law passed away. They charge for the first 2 nights about 2 days before the arrival and if you don't arrive they don't charge the rest of the days. At the moment I didn't call resorts nor airlines to cancel reservations. Didn't have the right state of mind for that.. After the death certificate arrived I was like let me call and see, you never know.. I called three weeks later from the reservation date,waiting for the death certificate,(that's what they usually ask for) and they refunded those 2 days that were charged. They were very nice and understanding of the situation. For future vacations to Cancun I'll definitely stay here.

Beautiful resort, but the best part is the service, food, pools and access to the ocean. Workers are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated but the view and service make up for it. This is an all inclusive resort and I was pleasantly excited about all the food choices. Will definitely go back when I go to Cancun.

Wow! This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a resort in Mexico and I’ve been to a few. The employees follow all covid precautions, and then some. The customer service was stellar. I even witnessed an employee help someone carry a baby stroller down stairs. They’d remember my drink order and even little things I said in conversation. The waiters were so responsive and eager to help and seemed genuinely happy to do so. I’m gluten and dairy free and never had an issue. They brought me almond milk for coffee every morning and I always had something to eat. Having such a tough diet, it was amazing to consistently have great options everywhere. The sit down restaurants were great along with the buffet. You make the reservations two days in advance on the app and we never had an issue with that like other reviewers claimed. So as a tip, make the reservation two days in advance on the app as that seemed to trip other reviewers up. The rooms were nice and the beach expanded far. Drinks were made great and not watered down like other resorts. The shows at night were exciting and seating options during the day for sun were abundant. Only downside was the pools were chilly, but we did come in December. Would definitely return.

Loved the property and my time spent here Updated 12/04/20 After a year of lockdown was itching to get back to traveling and contacted the resort. I'm into day 2 of my stay and glad to have returned. The staff and managers are doing everything possible to keep everyone safe while continuing to deliver a great stay. Would definitely recommend.

Atendimento diferenciado. Comida ótima qualidade. Destaque para o restaurante Italiano, o de Mariscos e principalmente o de sushi e sashimi onde o chefe Henrique Manzo com muita perícia nos atendeu de forma personalizada. Os garçons Edgar e Elias também foram muito atenciosos.

Hotel tem ótima estrutura, atendimento dos funcionários é dez e a praia é maravilhosa com serviço de bar nela. Apenas esteja preparado para estar em um local onde só tem americanos e toda a programação do hotel é voltada para eles, nem lembram do resto do mundo e nem mesmo do México.

The accommodation are very nice. Absolutely.no entertainment, no music, nothing to do at the resort. The person in charge of entertainment, goes by the name of Chocolate is a very rude and disrespectful individual. Treats and speaks to guest like if they are ignorant.a waiter named Alejandro, the best person in the resort, very respectful, always willing to go out of his way to make our experience very enjoyable. Victor very attentive a person with excellent customer service. I would like to recommend your resort to others, but basically as far as entertainment is concerned I would not recommend this resort unless all you want to do is eat and drink. We decided to extend our vacation so We ended up checking into another resort. We are so pleased that we did.

Me and my friends enjoyed our time at Omni quite a bit. We enjoyed multiple on site restaurants and especially enjoyed La Vista. They have an all Asian menu so you will find food from Thailand, India, Vietnam, etc They also have a salad bar, which has plenty of options to pick from. I really liked their Octopus salad. We ordered the Tuna tartare, samosa and tacos. This was followed by some Lamb Vindaloo, shrimp pasta and Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The ambience is very fun and this place turns into a lounge/bar/club on certain days after 11 pm. So after dinner you can just go to the lounge area and get a whole diff experience. Their decor is beautiful with umbrellas in the roof The servers are polite and attend to you diligently all the time. Reservations are highly recommended as they won't get you seated otherwise.

Clean and relaxing environment, friendly and reliable staff and an overall good all inclusive package. Entertainment staff does a great job as well. Only reason to not give full 5 stars is that their prices for non inclusive are extremely high. Example spa treatments for around $200 or using the beach canopy beds for $65

My wife and I visited in February 2019 and had SUCH a great experience. All inclusive with great food at 6 or 7 restaurants. Loved the hospitality, everyone was eager to please. Fun activities, beautiful beach. Getting ready to visit again!

Beautiful. Food is fantastic. Staff is wonderful. Fact is, all these places are great down here, with great staff and food. So, not saying I would recommend one over the other, but we got this one on the cheap. It's well worth it.

Overall service is good and the food is better. Rooms was good not great. One issue if you arrive early you will not get the room you have to wait till 3 pm based on their policy. They have multiple restaurant but for dinner generally they open one and do some events in that particular restaurant. Walking distance to beach and nice view of the beach if you get beach facing room above floor 16.
