“I give 2 stars because room is clean, and they provided dish soap with a new sponge. Otherwise it would be 1 star. No keyless entry or check-in by phone as advertised, no king size bed as expected, and no heaters as needed. We knew we would arrive to Henderson very late, so we liked the idea of the online check-in & keyless entry. We wanted to avoid the need to check-in at the lobby. The online check-in didn't work and there was no keyless entry. We made reservations for a king size suite, instead we were given a queen size bed. It was very cold outside, in the 30's so we were looking forward to a warm room, but there was no heat. Instead the fan was on generating cold air, so we turned off the air and had to grin and bear the cold night. Thanks to no heat, in woke up with a sore throat and the sniffles.... When we called the front desk to let them know about these concerns they weren't able to offer a solution, other than offering to give us points for a program we don't use. Nice way to start off the weekend. I would recommend this place to those who don't mind or care about getting what you paid for, who don't care about the temperature, and who may just need a place to sleep and a desk to work.”
