“Great, clean hotel. The only complaint I have is that you have to use your key card to get to your floor and at least one of the elevators doesn't have a sign telling you that! It would be super helpful if they let you know during check in. I thought the elevator was broken. I felt dumb until I had to explain it to multiple other guests who also thought it was broken. Rooms are great. Pool area looked really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Location was out of the way of the busy areas of time. Next to a gas station.”

“American Airlines sent us to the Sheraton after we missed our flight. Check in was easy and the bartender, who was extremely busy, made sure that we got food and drinks even though they were about to close. Overall it was a great group effort from the hotel staff. Thank You!”
