“Very nice facilities, great location and views, but do not expect much of the service, even if you book half of the hotel.
At a 5 star hotel you would expect service but here they won't even pick the reception phone. If you come to the reception you can get some support but any request is a hardship.
The breakfast is really good and fresh.
There is also animation for children.
The pool is really nice and has a bar but no service. You can order food but takes very long and you won't be notified of when it is ready so everything will be cold.
The room cleaning is good however the cleaning team is not helpful if you ask them anything.
4 stars at best. Really a pitty for such nice place.”

“Great place to go with children. Unfortunately we went on a weekend so it was fully booked with families with young children. Great to see but made for very noisy eating environment in their restaurants. Hence we ate at an off site restaurant and totally enjoyed the experience.”
