“I stay at this property at least 3 or 4 times a month for business reasons in the area and honestly I couldn't be happier since the staff is great and very helpful. The location is on point and it's so close to the Outlets that food options and shopping it won't be an issue at all. It goes without saying that the free airport shuttle is a amazing and honestly very frequent, even if you need to go in a time is not preset they will arrange it for you for free. Food options are great and the pool is standard. Will definitely continue coming back here everytime I'm in the area.”

“I am a Platinum IHG customer. I have stayed at IHG properties in a number of countries and all around the US. I chose the Crowne Plaza for this stay because I wanted a good nights sleep before a 12 hour day of travel that started with a 4:30am wakeup time. The hotel was loud. Not because of unruly guests , rather it was a party that paid to be there in the lobby. The hotel decided it was more important to let people get drunk and yell at midnight than to think of their guest's rest. They chose to make money at their guests expense. I was upset and asked that a manager contact me. I have asked 3 times now and nothing. It has been 5 days since checkout. I will not stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend to anyone else that they do not stay there as well.”
