My family and I stayed overnight at this Embassy Suites (11/29) on the way back from a trip to Florida.It was not a great experience.The front desk representative was not helpful or friendly.She was not rude, just seemed board and looked like she wished that I would not have asked her for any assistance.I just needed a couple of forks and some extra creamer for the room.She reluctantly handed me to sets of wrapped forks and said, "But these are the last ones", almost like she wanted to use one of them later.The "World Famous Embassy Suites Breakfast" as a sign outside of the breakfast room stated was not what it used to be. Mostly everything was out at 8:30....breakfast was from 6:30 - 10:00.Coffee dispensers were either empty or cold.After multiple requests for fresh coffee, we gave up.Our kids love a swimming pool and that was one of the main reasons we chose this location.I reserved the room a couple of weeks ahead of time and had until the day before to cancel without penalty.I called the last day to cancel and verified that the pool was open.However, when we arrived we were told that the pool has been out of order to several days.It was too late to cancel by then.We had driven several hours and we use the pool to help us get over the trip.This was a great disappointment.The front deck did not apologize, just shrugged their shoulders and said it has been out of order for a few days.The room was okay, but the couch had these weird white crusty looking stains on it...my 8 year old was too disgusted to sit on it.This was a very disappointing stay.We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express on this same exit, but we called them a few days from our stay and found out their pool was out of orderso we decided not to stay their.I wish we did...it would have been a cleaner room, better breakfast, and friendlier service for about 1/2 the price.I would not recommend this Embassy Suites. No entanto, quando chegamos, fomos informados de que a piscina estava fora de serviço há vários dias. Já era tarde demais para cancelar. Tínhamos dirigido várias horas e usamos a piscina para nos ajudar a superar a viagem. Esta foi uma grande decepção. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The rooms are quiet, the people are nice, the complimentary breakfast is superb - fresh omelettes along with the standard items! The coffee is good, the ‘social hour’ is nice, all without having to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. I will definitely come back. Não tenho nada de ruim a dizer sobre este hotel. Easy off 95 exit. Warm and welcoming staff. Nice large open lobby area to hang out and enjoy the evening snacks and drinks. Rooms are large and have plenty of space to spread out. Really enjoy having two separate rooms so I can stay up later and not bother my spouse. Saída fácil da 95. Equipe calorosa e acolhedora. Houve um snack-bar de saladas, mas as bebidas eram boas e fortes. O hotel era limpo e arrumado. A academia era pequena, mas limpa e agradável. A sala estava confortável e limpa. O hotel estava perto de tudo, compras, entretenimento e comida. O café da manhã foi incrível!

It was great, we could have drinks and didn’t have to drive. Know it’s two drinks per person and the snacks are bad.As for the breakfast in the morning, they used to have a chef to make you breakfast any way you wanted. We seen the food and didn’t eat. Just had coffee in our room. I could have stayed at another hotel and saved $100.00.We could have used the $100 and had a great happy hour and fresh cooked breakfast else where. Quanto ao café da manhã, eles costumavam ter um chef para fazer o café da manhã da maneira que você quisesse. Vimos a comida e não comemos. Acabei de tomar café no nosso quarto. Eu poderia ter ficado em outro hotel e economizado $ 100,00. Poderíamos ter usado os US$ 100 e tivemos um ótimo happy hour e café da manhã preparado na hora em outro lugar.

We were on the first floor but didn't experience any noise from outside or above our room. Room was clean. Included a desk that doubled as a table. Had a small refrigerator, sink, coffee pot & microwave. There was a full complimentary breakfast available in the morning that was very good with plenty of seating. No issues during our 3 night stay.The parking was convenient with additional space in the back. Lot was well lit in the evening. Overall, we found the Pooler area seemed nice & safe. The hotel & surrounding places were family friendly & we felt safe shopping at night. I am currently staying here, and i must say the staff so far is great from the bartender, Carmelita to the front desk (sorry forgot her name) But the rooms are outdated, the food menu smaller than my last stay 2 month ago. and the Happy Hour is now limited to 2 drinks GREAT LOCATION but the place needs some TLC in the room, hallways and outdoors. But i gave it 4 star for the staff. I have a few more days, so hopefully it stays that way. No momento, estou hospedado aqui e devo dizer que a equipe até agora é ótima, desde o barman, Carmelita até a recepção (desculpe, esqueci o nome dela). e o Happy Hour agora é limitado a 2 drinks ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO mas o local precisa de algum TLC na sala, corredores e ao ar livre. Mas eu dei 4 estrelas para a equipe. Eu tenho mais alguns dias, então espero que continue assim.

I have stayed at other Embassy Suites so I was disappointed by this hotel. I had to make due as I was staying there on business. I would not recommend staying here. All the pillowcases were stained and the room just didn't feel warm. It is very old. The room itself was clean and the staff was friendly and quick to answer my request of towels, however I was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was nice in the morning. The elevator buttons were gross and the carpet in the main halway to my room was filthy. I gave it 2 stars for the staff and breakfast, and the room had been cleaned.I would highly recommend not staying here if you are picky and like modern nice feeling hotels. Tenho ficado em outros Embassy Suites, então fiquei desapontado com este hotel. Eu tive que fazer devido como eu estava hospedado lá a negócios. Eu não recomendaria ficar aqui. Todas as fronhas estavam manchadas e o quarto simplesmente não parecia quente. É muito velho. O quarto em si era limpo e os funcionários foram simpáticos e rápidos em responder ao meu pedido de toalhas, no entanto, eu não estava nada confortável. O café da manhã era bom pela manhã. Os botões do elevador eram nojentos e o tapete no corredor principal do meu quarto estava imundo. Dei 2 estrelas para a equipe e café da manhã, e o quarto foi limpo. Eu recomendo não ficar aqui se você é exigente e gosta de hotéis modernos e agradáveis.

Una experiencia horrible, nunca había estado en un hotel tan asqueroso. Pelos la pared de la ducha, manos marcadas en las puertas y paredes. El sofá con unas manchas blancas parece leche seca. No recomiendo este lugar en lo absoluto. Las camas manchadas también. No se queden aquí mi gente, de verdad es muy desagradable. El ascensor no sirve, tan pronto se abrió la puerta del ascensor para salir yo salgo y la puerta se cierra en el justo momento que salgo y me golpeo la cabeza y la pierna.😡

There are no outlets in the bedroom?! I’ve stayed in this hotel before and don’t recall having this problem but the only outlets in the bedroom are behind the bedside table and behind the tv across...

Nice clean rooms and common areas. The staff was great and very helpful at making suggestions. Great breakfast every morning during our stay. Had a beautiful welcoming basket and our beds had roses...
