“We did not have a good experience here for our last night of 9 night in CR. The room was loud, we literally heard all kinds of sounds through out the hotel. 1 of 2 of our rooms were not ready on check in. The Happy Hour they said was available was not. We sat there for 3 hours since it was raining outside and they didn’t offer us anything or even knock a beer off our bill. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again and wished we would have just gone back to the Marriott near the airport. Much nicer.”

“Good location in the heart of downtown. The 4 star was because of our experience at the hotel restaurant where the waiter tricked us into believing that the 10% service charge added to the bill is mandated by the government, just like the 13% tax. Being oblivious to this, we ended up paying double as tip for the service. The room is nice so are the amenities. Just that the integrity of the restaurant waiter could be improved. We would have paid equally as much for tip if he had been honest to us.”
