“Our stay was good and could have been better for 5 stars Here are few things that can be improved: - no room service done even after requesting a day in advance. It was done later after when we came back and had to call front desk multiple times - after room service was done, coffee supplies were not refilled - used glasses were not replaced - trash from the bin was not removed - no chairs in the balcony - lastly not a deal breaker but a hot tub around the pool was missing”
