“One of the worst stays in my hundreds of stays with the Hilton line. I think it might've just been an unlucky stay honestly but in either case, I can only write the review based on my actual experience. My first room had a sink that wouldn't drain and a rumbling air unit that wasn't just continuous rumbling, which I could've dealt with. Instead it was a very loud shake when it kicked in and it would do it every so often when the compressor turned on. It was loud enough even with white noise, it would wake me so I asked for a new room. Instead they offered to have maintenance come up, late at night, and have me wait for them to fix it. I had to practically beg to just get a new room. They have me a new one. But I guess it was a broken one as well. This one was worse. Windows were open and the AC didn't even work. The room felt a bit dirty as well. It got so hot in the room, it was unbearable and so at 4am, I requested yet another room. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help. They gave me a smaller room and kept saying we're not supposed to give you an executive room but we will in this case. Well, that room was a downgrade in my opinion but operationally decent and let me sleep. Overall, I think the hotel is just so dated and needs a lot of work. It's renovated to cover up the old but the inner workings like AC and plumbing are not the greatest. There was some nice views from this hotel so there's that. But I'd say, the staff, while friendly, didn't know how to handle the situation well and didn't think customer first. And I'm about to hit diamond status again, but this experience makes me reconsider completely just going to Marriott line. Do yourself a favor and check out the Residence Inn or also The Charter by Hilton, which were running about the same price and are in much better shape with 10x better customer service. Eu acho que pode ter sido apenas uma estadia de azar honestamente, mas em ambos os casos, só posso escrever o comentário com base na minha experiência real. Meu primeiro quarto tinha uma pia que não escoava e uma unidade de ar barulhenta que não era apenas um ruído contínuo, com o qual eu poderia lidar. Em vez disso, foi um tremor muito alto quando entrou em ação e o faria de vez em quando quando o compressor era ligado. Era alto o suficiente, mesmo com ruído branco, me acordava, então pedi um novo quarto. Em vez disso, eles ofereceram manutenção, tarde da noite, e me fizeram esperar que eles consertassem. Eles me deram um quarto menor e continuaram dizendo que não devemos dar a você um quarto executivo, mas neste caso o faremos. Bem, esse quarto foi um downgrade na minha opinião, mas operacionalmente decente e me deixou dormir. No geral, acho que o hotel é tão antigo e precisa de muito trabalho. É renovado para encobrir o antigo, mas o funcionamento interno, como ar condicionado e encanamento, não é o melhor. Houve algumas belas vistas deste hotel, então há isso. Mas eu diria que a equipe, embora amigável, não sabia como lidar bem com a situação e não pensava primeiro no cliente. E estou prestes a atingir o status de diamante novamente, mas essa experiência me faz reconsiderar completamente apenas ir para a linha Marriott. Faça um favor a si mesmo e confira o Residence Inn ou também o The Charter by Hilton, que estavam com o mesmo preço e estão em muito melhor forma com 10 vezes melhor atendimento ao cliente.”
