“This hotel is definitely ok. The views on the upper levels can be nice but the pool and spa are both very basic. The bathroom was clean but the shower had mold spots on the wall.
Overall this hotel is a solid four stars but is definitely not a luxury spa. Watch out for parking costs which are $45 a day.
The location is great for walking around the tourist area of Waikiki and easily accessible to ask the beaches”

“The manager was nice. However the ladies at the front desk were no help. We were quarantined due to this flawed system. And the ladies at the front desk treated us like criminals. Sending security to escort the food, implying a hostel situation. This was done by only one individual staff members. The other times we ordered food when that person wasn’t working, they did not send security. Not to mention I started my menstrual cycle unexpected and did not have any feminine products with me. I called the front desk (because we were not allowed to leave our room) and ask if they had any I could purchase or if I could pay someone to go get them as well as for the product. She refused to send someone, or help me in anyway. Said she can’t send anyone, I can’t go get them, and they do not supply them in the hotel.These are just some of the reasons I do not recommend this place!They were unprofessional. Except the manager was nice, when I could actually get ahold of him.”
