“Location is great as you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios in 15 minutes, no bus waiting. Pool area is awesome. Plus, it's Disney. They are the best at hospitality, bar none.
Only a couple of gripes.
1. The rooms are not as nice as other resorts. The bathrooms are quite cramped as other resorts place the sinks outside of the main tub and toilet area. I've heard they are renovating, so this may change soon.
2. Quick service breakfast area is tiny. Like 4 tables and lackluster menu tiny. They have a lot of table service restaurants, but for quick service, they are Spartan at best.
Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here. Not having to ride the bus all the time was very nice. And kids loved the pool.”

“As usual, Disney knows how to keep the magic. Stayed here as a last minute mini trip. The property is gorgeous and masks were worn and felt safe. Was a little upset that all the nearby restaurants were booked but it is valentines weekend, it was last minute, and most of the restaurants were closed. They did have hotel room service but our phone wasn’t charged so we just did take out at the Ale and compass.”
